Kendall went above and beyond the requirements of a customer service representative. I came in for a regular oil change. Since I am disabled and use hand controls, he helped ensure a device blocking my accelerator pad worked correctly. I chose to purchase a Nissan Rogue due to Nissan North's service department only!
