I usually don't take the time to review places, but with all I have been through with this Used car I bought from them 15 months ago I am hoping at least one person will learn from my experience. I bought a 2015 Nissan Murano in August of 2022. 100,000 miles on it. If I would have known how much money this car was going to cost me I would have never bought it. 13 months later it started making a whistling sound. Had it looked at and was told my transmission was bad. 14 months after buying it I'm having to pay $1000 for new spark plugs, and $560 for new brake pads and rotors in the back. 15 months after buying it, that transmission that was going bad. The transfer case with the transmission went bad and is costing me $5000 to fix. That is half of what I have left to pay on this piece of crap used SUV sold to me. This doesn't even touch the process that I'm on day 3 of ,and the car hasn't even started the repair process at Nissan North. Ask the right questions about the condition of your Used car before you buy from them.

I met with Greg and he made buying a car the easiest and non scariest way. No pressure just help and information was provided, I felt taken care of and I'm excited for my new car journey!!!!

Not a trustworthy place. The few times I've been here they had shady business practices and I feel like they take advantage of people.

I bought a Nissan Murani on 02-08-2023. The market value was 13877. But I saw that car online on their website and it was 11533. So, I called for appointment. Came and negociated the price! And here what happened! Their price was 10700. I asked to put down to 9700. And they agreed. Then with my 3000, the price will go down to 6700. But! Here what happened, that was not the price I negociated, that was finance amount! Feel the difference! That is where the catch. I end up with 9700 to be financed, but not 6700 to be financed! Cheaters! Buyer beware! Nissan North are the most cheaters ever.

Fixed an annoying problem with my rear washer that other shops couldn't solve. Honored all the coupons they sent me and completed the service quickly.

Lee, and the entire crew in the service and parts department, have always been professional and proficient in all my family's interactions at Nissan North, dating back to our first vehicle purchase with them in 2014. It is truly a pleasure to know that whenever we go in for servicing either of our vehicles we are always treated that way. Great work folks, and our thanks to you for keeping our vehicles on the road safely for over 8 years !!

We were looking to sell a car and they went right at it when we told them what we wanted. Not to many new cars to buy but that's the world today. Clean everywhere and very clean bathrooms. Thanks for both. Everyone was nice and helpful.

My husband scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation for today for my car. The appointment was scheduled weeks ago and he was told the appointment would take an hour. He waited in the waiting room when he brought the car in and an hour and a half later he received his first update: NOTHING had been done because they were waiting on parts. When he asked why they would wait an hour and a half to tell him they didn't have the parts that were needed the guy told him "I got busy". He was given no explanation for why the parts weren't ordered ahead of time considering the appointment was scheduled ahead of time. This is extremely unprofessional and rude and I would not bring my car here for service ever again!

I haven't had a bad experience here, although mostly I just purchase parts and do it myself. Everyone seems friendly and professional at the service and cashier area.
