I recently visited the Nike Easton store to purchase a shirt for a Columbus Crew game that same evening. I planned to pair it with a Nike jacket and pants set I already owned. Unfortunately, all of the white shirts were dirty. I asked a sales representative if I could get a discount due to the condition of the shirt. He was helpful and even checked the back for any clean ones, but they were out of stock. He kindly offered a 15% discount, and when I asked if he could do 20%, he agreed.
However, at this point, the store manager, Layne, abruptly and aggressively interjected, saying, “No! He can’t. And I’m the store manager.” Her tone was unnecessarily harsh, which made the situation uncomfortable. While I initially walked away, I later approached Layne again to let her know that her tone felt aggressive and that I needed the shirt for the game that night. Though she said it wasn’t her intention to be rude, she didn’t make any effort to rectify the situation or offer any alternative solutions.
Overall, while the sales representative was helpful, the interaction with the store manager left me disappointed. The lack of professionalism and customer care from a manager in this situation was disheartening.

We entered the Nike store today, hoping to purchase a tank top for my husband’s Columbus Crew Game, tonight. However, those plans quickly went south when we were aggressively spoken to by the manager, Layne. The tank top had stains all over it, and the employee that was about to cash out said that he would be able to give us a 20% discount. Layne aggressively interrupted him and with her very rude and loud tone stated “IT IS ONLY 15%, I AM THE MANAGER” followed by a look of disgust and a smirk. The tone was uncalled for, and we asked to speak with her after she finished up with her customer. Her apology was not genuine, nor did she try and make a sale. Terrible customer service and that kind of attitude should not be rewarded with the title of “manager”

Extremely disappointed in the selection at this location. I can find more styles at Footlocker than this Nike store and that is a terrible look. PLEASE ADD MORE INVENTORY!!!

Spoke on the phone with Sagal and she helped me learn how to file a claim for defective footwear online. She was very helpful.

Had a return on shoes that I ordered online. A phone representative sent me to this location by mistake saying they had a shoe that they didn't, but the gentleman in the store fixed my issue and smoothed it out for me. Thanks
