I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This nail shop was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My nail tech Yen was so dismissive of anything I said. I got a pedicure and the water was boiling HOT and I asked her to turn it down, she sighed and did so. I told her I just wanted a simple pedicure and clear polish, she was rough with my feet and caused me to bleed. She never apologized, and kept going. She was getting the old polish off my nails and again she cut me and didn’t apologize. I will never be back here again. They only like a certain type of customer because her coworker was equally being dismissive to another black customer next to me. If you’re black, your money is dirt to them so dont even bother coming here.

I recently visited the New Nail Spa, and I must say, I've never experienced such attentive care during a manicure and pedicure session before. The technician who worked on my nails was not only skillful but also incredibly patient. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care I received at this spa. Highly recommended!

First time here and I won’t return. Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. I let my toenails grow out for my pedicure so that they could square shape them. After soaking my feet for over 30mins while they helped other clients, the guy comes over takes my feet out of the water and before I could say anything, begins to cut off all the growth without asking what I wanted. I quickly said I want them longer and square to which he said okay as he continued to do what he wanted. My nails are short and crooked. I have nail polish on my skin on both my hands and feet even after pointing it out multiple times.Services: Manicure

Prices are unbeatable. It's the cheapest I've ever gotten acrylics and gel at just $48. Although it's very much a "trust the process" type of experience, the nails turned out fairly good! Definitely some flaws with the end result, but you get what you pay for. For me, the edges around my cuticles chipped a little bit and you can see right through my top layer of polish to the roughed up acrylic. Additionally, the nail tech used way to much acrylic gel and the nails were tall/fat looking. When I asked him to file them down to look more natural he filed them at odd angles that made them flat and not the gentle curve of regular nails. I like the price, so I may try it again, but I will try a different nail tech.

Been going here for about a year. It's quiet and relaxing. Many colors to choose from. They are quick and it's clean. Prices seem reasonable. Jim is my favorite.

Awful experience. I am new to the area and was looking to find a nail place to replace the one I've been going to for years in my old area. When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman who answered told me to just come in because they did not take appointments. Once I got there I waited for a long time ( about an hour) to get what turned out to be the worst set of dip nails I've ever had. They were uneven and dull and the technician left congealed dip powder all over my palm and fingers on one hand.
