Tifini was terrific. I learned I had been wearing the wrong size! She explained about arches, support and cushioning. She brought me several pairs to try on. The hard part was to decide which ones to buy!

I have plantar fasciitis and was advised to stop at Lucky’s. Abby and Smitty are great: friendly, answered all questions, patient, assured I tried the shoes to my satisfaction. I decided to wait a bit to test out the shoes and socks I bought before I did this review. The shoes and socks decrease the heel pain. I am able to stand straighter and walk longer. I consider this an investment in my feet. Thanks for a positive experience and confidence in the product.

Lucky Shoe Store is a hidden gem in the Polaris Mall. My wife and I sat down with a very patient staff and found the best shoe for her and her specific foot accommodations. One of the all stars who works there is Lindsay! Kind, funny, and very informative. Great prices too. 5/5!

I was hoping there'd be a survey on the receipt so I can tell them how amazing Abby is but this review will have to do since there wasn't a survey. Abby helped me as soon as I walked in and made sure the shoe I came in for was right for me. She measured my feet just to be sure and was so friendly. I'd definitely shop here again, especially if Abby was there.

Abby was a delight to deal with. We were helped with deciding on two pairs of shoes. Unfortunately one pair of those shoes’ glue got worn out prematurely, and they replaced the pair on site in the store. Excellent customer service. Thank you Abby!

I’ve bought shoes from here a couple of times and each experience has been great. I most recently purchased a pair of hiking boots and I was really blown away by how knowledgeable the employees were about the products. Customer service is top notch. The employees are patient, helpful and never pushy. Best shoe store in the mall!

If you deal with this place make sure you deal with the women/ manager, she is a delight. Informed and caring, she will surely help you. The male coworker should be avoided. He is rude and flat out doesn’t care how you feel or are treated. I paid $30 more just to have my shoes shipped, instead of him doing. I’m pretty sure he lied to me as well.

Abby & crew were great! I had no idea what I was looking for, but after a quick discussion, Abby was able to recommend 3 pairs of shoes, each of which were perfect for what I needed. Knowledgeable staff, quick service, overall great experience.

WONDERFUL! I have been to two Lucky Shoes stores and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC!!! No matter how many questions you have, or pairs of shoes you need to try on, the employee is always willing to help for as long as it takes. Cannot say enough good things about the PEOPLE at LUCKY SHOES!!

Probably lost our business for good, shoes not in stocks can't order, but we can go up to Amish boot shop and they have lots in stocks, Amish man was very helpful
