Had my van in for a tuneup n tires, a four hour job that took longer, but my ride is much better n I was loaned a car to use while it was being worked on. Had there been better communication n no glitches, this would have been a 5 star review.

Called to find out if they did patch panels for rust. Lady on the other end of the phone had no clue to what services they actually do. She says she would have the guy call me back with an answer and hung up. Never heard from them. It's kinda sad that an employee wouldn't know what the company actually does. And, she sounded old and cranky, as well.

Took a small project to be painted to Nelson Custom Cars. Despite charging a little bit higher price, I chose them because the owner promised a 4 day turn around. Mind you this was a small project compared to their normal scope of business. I dropped it off on the day he requested (Monday 3/25/19) said he would have it done by the end of the week. I messaged him the next Friday to see how it was coming a long, with no response... so I go up there to check on it in person as well as drop off the piece he was going to match the paint color to. The following week I message him again stating I'm not trying to rush him, but 2 weeks was not the turn around time he promised. So I go back up there on Thursday this week (now 3 weeks later) to check on it, and the project had never even been started. Told me "they were backed up, and if I was in a rush, then I needed to just go a head and take it back." I wasn't in a rush when I gave it to you 3 weeks ago! Smh, poor communication from day one. You can't over promise and under deliver!
