I have always had a very pleasant experience with Nationwide. All of their staff seems knowledgeable. When I call them, all of their staff is friendly and able to help with whatever you need. You don't spend a lot of time on the phone with them because they can help quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with their services!

Pocessing states 2-5 days and take >5days. My request is going on 3rd week. Filed BBB complaint. Processing Reps are not up to date on regulations . Customer Service is terrible. Total lack of communication 😒.

Do not sign up for this company they will come with all excuses to hold your funds. You can send 30 copies and they still need more copies. They are not a good retirement.
