Service was good, but buying experience was not great when compared to AutoZone.
Maybe a nitpick, but I noticed this after shopping at AutoZone, did I realize how annoying the text and labels of NAPA parts packaging were. AutoZone packaging (I think their generic vendor is Duralast) has clearly labeled socket wrench drive sizes (3/8" vs 1/2") where "3/8" or "1/2" labels are large, bold, and color coded. In contrast, NAPA parts packaging (forgot what their vendor is) has tiny text and plain colors. So, looking for the desired sockets at NAPA was annoying. The parts organization for sockets and wrenches seemed very disorganized at this NAPA store too.
In addition, NAPA part selection at this particular store was pretty limiting. AutoZone seems to generally have better parts selection. I know brick and mortar stores are struggling because of today's Internet, but with tools, people tend to like to see, feel, touch them in person. With current high prices at service shops, I predict an increase in DIYers, so NAPA needs to step it up to take advantage of uptick in DIYers.
EDIT: After doing some research online, it seems NAPA caters more towards commercial businesses and replacement parts, less so to DIYers.

Stay away from this place with 15 minutes to 7:00 and they refused to sell me It was rude and terrible customer service
I do not recommend this place, the managers should be more aware of the treatment of customers

Absolutely terrible, twice I went here to pickup doordash orders and both times i waited 10+ minutes to be told they have no idea where its at. Then got stuck behind one of their delivery drivers who kept brake checking me and flipped me off! Old guy with goatee. Be aware of these clowns

Absolutely AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I bought a set of both Rear Calipers for my car today, taking my cores in with me. I traded them in and got the new calipers (after waiting forever, they have 20 employees and only 1 helps customers at a time it seems…).I get home - one of the calipers is not the right part. I check the receipt, and the part number - everything is correct. Clearly, they boxed the wrong part at the factory.I drive back, explain to Joe, the Assistant Manager, that by no fault of his I’ve received two different parts (one correct caliper, one incorrect) and could he grab another one from the back.Immediately Joe is sure to let me know - “they gave me exactly what I asked for” and “they’re supposed to be different parts” (Joe thought I wasn’t smart enough to know there are R & L side calipers… he didn’t comprehend they were 2 completely different calipers) so I tell him that, and show him them, and he still does not see the difference. He then ignores me, and starts looking up “brake calipers” on the system (not even specifying my car) so I show him on my phone, on their site, that the parts I bought are the same they list on their site for my car. Joe insists that “them websites aren’t always right”, and continues browsing through hundreds of brake caliper results.I get frustrated, and hastily explain to him AGAIN that I KNOW what part numbers I need, and got the right box - it just had the wrong part in the box. I then take the core calipers and show him - they DO NOT match the wrong caliper I got.Joe looks me dead in the eye and goes “well, you ordered the wrong parts”.At this point, I lose my cool and angrily tell him I did not order the wrong parts, they didn’t give me the wrong part number - the factory boxed the wrong part in the right box.He still doesn’t get it, but reluctantly requests another caliper of the same part number I ordered. It comes. It matches the others, and he finally sees what I clearly explained 10 times already. I get my parts. I leave.I’m driving home, and I get the notification of the transaction on my card - it says Napa charged me $20 more than my receipt says, and did not reflect my returning the cores. I called the store, couldn’t understand the name of who I talked to, but I explained my issue, he looked up my invoice, said my receipt was correct, and he didn’t know why I was charged $20 extra, and to come back into the store and talk to the manager. As of writing this, hours later, I still have not been refunded the cores or my $20 they overcharged me.So then I’m FINALLY home, installing these parts - and wouldn’t you know the bolts aren’t even properly sized. Now you might think “you had the wrong socket on there”, but A.I’m a former AutoTech who is more than capable of choosing the right socket, and B.I tried every size in Metric and Standard, they did not have a snug fit. As I tightened the BrakeLine down, the head started to strip because the socket was slightly too big.So they have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, their factory employees packing their parts are just as incompetent as their Assistant Manager, who has so little common sense or critical thinking skills, he can hardly comprehend the very thing he is hired for when explained at such a level even a toddler could understand. I cannot stress enough how bad an employee Joe is, it is BAFFLING to me that Napa is still in business with people like him in charge. His incompetence is staggering. The store itself is ran just terribly. I’ve never been in there and back out in less than 15 min. Even if I’m buying something off the shelves that I can grab myself - I’m waiting ATLEAST 15 minutes, and if they have to get it from the back - it’s 30min. Even if you preorder online, you’re waiting a ridiculous amount of time while people like Joe just screw around trying to figure out what the hell the customer just explained to him. Every time I go to any other auto parts store, I’m in and out in 5-10min tops, they just have terrible service here.Absolute nightmare.

Horrible (non-existent) customer service. Doesn’t matter if you place an online order or go inside the store to buy something, do not expect to be treated with respect. Orders that state “ready in 30 min” somehow take 12+ hours to be marked ready for pickup. Employees are unwilling to help and never, ever friendly. They act as if you are inconveniencing them by simply patronizing the business. An errand that should only take a couple minutes ends up taking forever because this store is staffed by a bunch of incompetent clowns. Spend your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere.

Been coming here for decades and never had a problem but now there are just a bunch of zombies walking around the store with tablets unable to help a real person. Just needed some glue to fix my seat and couldn't find it even after talking to staff. Walked all over the store and none of the 5-10 employees could be bothered to ask if I needed help. Customer Service appears to be gone here... Sad..
