Refused to give me the in stock parts because his feelings got hurt. Said the part for my 20 year old rare car had been ordered into his store by someone else. Website lists them as available, and still does. This made me remember why I don't buy parts at napa.

Visited the store on 10/13/22. Without a doubt the unfriendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any business in my life. I wouldn’t step foot in this store again if they paid me to pick up free parts.

Driving home from work at midnight, a few werks ago. Knowing ZERO about cars, all at once my headlights started dimming and my dash lit up like Christmas at Rockefeller Center. I swear.... I made it home and sat in my car, Googling. I was pretty sure it wasn't my battery which, apparently, left my alternator as the culprit. I texted a co-worker who knows cars, he agreed the alternator wss likely the issue. Everyome online was saying the people at That Other autoparts chain could change it out but my co-worker said "NO. Take it to Napa" so I got it almost all the way there before all the lights came on again, but I made it. Mike used a handheld device which indicated the alternator was. Indeed, failing. They don't work on cars there (guessing that's a corporate policy) but Mike knew A Guy. The only alternator in the store was about $80 higher than several others he could get from another store if I could wait till the next day. I couldn't. Meanwhile, he called a friend who (bless his heart) came to the store and changed out the alternator IN THE POURING RAIN, for a small fee, while I held an umbrella (thanks, Mike) over the part, to protect the electrical. Mike and his pal went anove and beyond. Highly recommend this store, and Mike.

I always buy my batteries and most of my auto parts from Napa especially their batteries they have better warranties than any other auto parts store

I went in to pay for a part i bought online. the situation itself was annoying and i was upset. When the situation was fixed and i was walking out; the counter person shouted "SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY!". when i confronted them about it; the manager acted like they didn't even hear them say it even though the other two counter people were laughing . it went on further that the employee who shouted it went off on me. i would give zero stars if possible. the manager also refused to give me the name of the employee.
