Today my experience with Nail Pro was extremely disappointing. I had dipped gel manicure and a pedicure. I picked the color for my fingernails. While dipping the nails it is difficult to tell the exact shade of the nails. When it was completed, it was clear that it was an entirely different (horrible) color. I thought perhaps I had made the mistake in selecting the color. When I compared the color of the sample nails to the dipping powder jar, it was clear that the jar had been mislabeled. I pointed this out to the Assistant Manager and asked if I could come back (it was almost closing) for a change in color. She said either I would have to pay for it or the manicurist would have to pay for it. It was not the manicurist's fault that the jar was mislabeled. Finally, she said I could have it done for half price. I was floored. They put the wrong color on, I paid for it (with tip), but I would have to pay again to have the correct color. I find it hard to believe that this would be the policy at any reputable salon. It makes me leery of ever using this establishment again.

Took him and HOUR AND A HALF for just a gel manicure. They looked like they had a week of growth when he was finished. Chipped before I even got home!

I took my daughter for a manicure as well as one for myself. They were rushed, uneven, and they didn’t even clean the dust off of the nails before they were polished so now we have bumps all over our nails. No smooth finish at all, especially after being charged another $15 for a “chrome finish” spent over $110 for horrible manicures. We will never go back.

Worst place I have ever been to get my nail done. Please read the reviews! Rude,did not ask what I wanted done on my feet. I could go on and on about how they cut my sistets toe and burnt her foot with wax she did not want. I have pictures of my feet zoom in see how they did for yourself. The management does not care about the reviews because not one person that was unhappy with them got a response. I would have giving a negative -5 stars if I could ...never back there I want to stand out front and worn people. DISRESPECTFUL PIGS

This is worst nail salon. Highly disappointed with their service. It’s a pathetic busy place. The lady who did nails to me doesn’t even know how to clean and shape the nail. She spoiled my nails!! When she said it’s done I just touched my nail surface it’s not even and they were shapeless!! My nail edges were still sharp it was not at all a smooth finish. The design she made on my nails was so awful and ugly. I requested them to take away as they were so bad to look. She was so upset and took away the design so rudely it’s even hearting my finger tips!! Then another lady came and did the nail painting so quickly and unevenly. It’s the worst look. Now I must visit another salon to get it cleaned. Overall they wasted my time and they spoiled my nails and charged 70$!! Never ever consider this salon for nail services !! Hope it’s useful for someone who consider reviews before taking service. If there is an option I would give negative rating this salon.

I was polite and gave $10 tip but they tell you (and signs say) $50 for acrylics. They dont tell you it is $20 to polish your nails?!!! Had to go home and file thick humps out of the nails and polish them at home after paying $70 + $10 tip. Simply wont go back. There were people calling and arguing about how they were charged during my appt as well :/

Nails Pro is a salon located in Polaris mall. It's very convenient and they rarely have a wait. I find them to be very accommodating and friendly and typically do a great job. The one time I left with my nails not dry all the way and they put my socks on too fast and my nails were smudged they were quick to fix them even if it was inconvenient. The only thing I would comment on is the price which I suppose is for the convenience. There is a salon close to where I live in Dublin but there is often a wait that you can get a gel pedicure for a about $20 less and the quality is a little better. Ambiance is nice though and they always offer water.

I went to this nail salon with my sister the other day and was very disappointed with the service. Before my service started, he was commenting on the appearance of my nails. He was making fun of the way my sister and I cut our cuticles, and was also commenting about the length of my nails. After attempting to stand up for myself, he continued to make comments. The same things they were commenting on are the same reasons I go to the salon in the first place. It doesn't make sense to me that these workers chose to laugh at me, and then expect a decent tip. Towards the end, I felt that my service was extremely rushed due to the worker wanting to claim the next client. I had to peel the gel off the sides of my own nails. I even commented on how the gel was on my skin, but they did nothing. The same guy who did my nails was being extremely disrespectful to the girl who was after me. I wish I had spoken up for myself more while this was happening instead of letting the workers speak the way they did. I will definitely not be returning. I paid $48 to be insulted and leave with a mediocre manicure.

Horrible place, will never go again. Besides horrible customer service they cut me multiple times then tried to act like they didn’t do it. The polish on my toes peeled off the next day. I pay way too much for mediocre nails, multiple cuts and polish that lasted a day. Avoid this place.Services: Pedicure

Had a dip nail manicure and a gel pedicure. The guy that did my nails didn’t have much of a clue on how to properly apply dip nails. He got the liquid along with the dip all over my cuticles and side walls and when I went to wash my hands I even had a nail break. They “fixed” them by dremeling off the dip and my cuticles which led me to bleed and be uncomfortable. The shape is awful, they did not buff them out properly and I really can’t see these nails lasting me more than a few days considering they had already started to break within minutes of having them finished. Still paid full price, was there for over an hour longer than necessary for them to fix them. I’m honestly going to soak them off and count this is a loss because of how dissatisfied I am. I will never go back, I can literally do a better job on my own nails and from now on I’ll definitely be doing my own to save myself the stress and disappointment. The picture is after I’ve spent time buffing them out and filing them to make them more even.
Edit* now that I’m home and can look at the pedicure it is just as disappointing as the manicure. Such a waste of money. Very very disappointing. They are literally already peeling off of my toes as soon as I took my socks off.
