Dr. Min and the whole staff were above and beyond kind and efficient. I was treated with first class custom personal service. From the moment I was greeted until I left, The entire staff took time to make sure I was educated on of all my eye health needs and options. I felt so cared for. Thank you!

1. Wrong product: Received a new pair of glasses as second made, none of the two times result is based on what I asked for. A month long lead time is unsurprised. Nothing is correct from the very beginning, lens material to index, except the lady who helped on adjustment. People said yes to A in front of you and did B is very normal here. And after multiple visits, they looks disappointed instead. Fair, I should feel sorry because you can’t do your job.2. Poor communication: their new system kept giving wrong messages to me, after I brought it up, they said I should receive correct ones later. But it still didn’t. And because of that malfunction, I went there twice ending up with nothing is ready for me. Also, no notification when they can’t do something that I asked. Instead of calling me, they just made their own decision and choose a different index that I never asked for. I was shocked when having the second pair in my hand. I am wasting hundreds of dollars, getting a pair that I can’t see clear, it’s not about eye adjustment at all. Visited hundreds of times, I am giving this up.3. Magic: Dr. Min gave me the exam result different than the old one that I received from another doctor, and had second checking, saying some eyes just can’t see clear. Well, my current glasses can see fair clear, but the new pair can’t. Through the entire experience, can’t tell which side eventually made the glasses invalid. Now my vision becomes mysterious, lol, the most impressive time in 2022, had a lot of fun here.

The assistant?? Not sure exactly what her title is. She took pictures of my eyes that was pretty cool. Did some other routine stuff, asked me some questions and I was off to see Dr. Moose. She was so nice; tested my vision... answered some questions. I asked about LASIK and she said I'd be a good candidate for it. The appointment was seamless and it didn't take long at all. The price points are little higher than I expected. That is something you may want to look into before coming in. Otherwise I would def recommend coming in.

I can .. see why one might choose to go to northwest vision center. it is ...clearly a nice outfit. I was impressed with the level of tooling at the facility and a fine set of folks that were enjoyable and helpful. Nice set of frames to choose from as well! 20/20 would go back to get my eyes checked ;)

I had a new patient exam at NW Vision Center with Dr. Min and he was excellent! He took time to ask about my vision history and made helpful suggestions to keep in mind for the future. The staff was great too. I very much appreciated them telling me about the rebate offer on my contact lenses. Finding new doctors when you move to a new city is usually a pain, but this one was easy :)

Northwest Vision center is awesome. My husband and I have been patients for 10+ years and out 4 kids have gone since birth. We are always seen on time, the staff is so nice and helpful and Dr. Sims and Dr. Min always take the time to make sure all questions are answered. 5/5 highly recommend!

From the time you walk through the front door of this practice until the time you walk out through the front door you realize this has been a good experience. Dr. Min and all of the staff are very professional and welcoming, making you feel at ease and comfortable. They also listen to what you have to say about your eye sight, answer your questions and explain all procedures and your options. I walked out of the office feeling very good about this practice. This was the first time using Northwest Vision Center. I will be back! I thank Ms. Bishop for referring me to Dr. Min.

I’ve been coming to NW Vision Center for a number of years and have never been disappointed once! It’s really hard these days to find a place that gives you one to one attention, and also helps you find exactly what you need. Their array of products are amazing and I highly recommend anyone in the area visit because you will not be disappointed! I’m not a big review person - but this was definitely needed as it’s hard to find good service these days.

After having went to two previous Columbus opthamologists regarding some recurring eye issues I'd been experiencing, I was blown away by Dr. Min's expertise. In 15 minutes, he was telling and showing me things about my eyes that the other two doctors never mentioned. He gave me a unique diagnosis which made sense, and I feel highly confident with my eye health going forward. If you're having any eye issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Min first and getting a proper diagnosis from some who really knows what they're talking about!

I have been seeing Dr. Min for over 20 years. I have always appreciated how he explains things to me in a way I can easily comprehend. He always provides me my best options from a medical, vision and financial perspective when it comes to vision care. The staff is great, always timely, and the office is extremely clean and in an easily accessible location. I highly recommend Northwest Vision Center for adult as well as vision needs for children.

Great facility and super friendly staff. It's been a few years since I've been to an eye doctor and was quick, simple, and comfortable.Great selection of frames and had some awesome help there figuring out what was the best choice for me.Would highly recommend.
