Katie is extremely rude. She called me on a Friday regarding my insurance for my appointment the following Monday. When I explained that it was an umbrella plan, she bluntly said "No" and told me to call my parents as if I were a child. She then proceeded to tell me that she would call my insurance company to ask and would get back to me. When I offered her the insurance company’s number, she said she didn't need it.
Come Monday, I hadn’t heard anything. So I called, hoping to speak with anyone but Katie. However, she picked up the phone and told me it was my responsibility to contact my insurance company about benefits I was already confident about, putting the blame on me because she forgot to call.
Unfortunately, there are people in the world who can’t take accountability for their actions, and Katie is one of them.

Terrible customer service. Manager is rude, disrespectful, and seemed super dismissive of my problems. Always felt like she did not care that I was having a serious issue with my contacts. Manager did not resolve my problem after so much back and forth for weeks and consistently had an attitude with me for no reason. The way I was treated I would never dream of treating any sort of patient, especially due to being someone who has a job where I also regularly work with patients. Every time I called the location I could never get ahold of the manager thus prolonging my issue. Unfortunately a couple of the technicians and doctor were nice, but the rude ones ruined my experience completely. Very frustrated and still continuing to have issues with my contacts after explaining in great detail of how my specific contacts that were ordered (after they forgot to order them at first) were giving me problems to the point where I can not see with them in and my monthlies are being used as dailies. Will not be coming back here again and do not recommend coming to this specific location. Still enjoy the other locations though!

This place is fantastic! First of all, a fantastic and varied selection. And the opticians are so courteous and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Katie who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond from start to finish!

If I could leave less than a 1 I would. I've been coming g to this practice for the last 7 years when it was under different ownership. It had since changed to My EyeDr ownership in the last 2 years. It has been awful, I only kept coming because of Dr. Min. who used to provide excellent service. I have spent close to $1200 for glasses that don't fit and a wrong prescription. I've been back 5 times to get them corrected driving 30 minutes one way. Whe n o went in for one mire time they now tell me the 30 days are up and they can't help me. What! If you value your eye sight don't use MYEYEDR.M Spencer

Would give zero stars if it were an option.Horribly rude staff ,doctor had already left when I arrived a little late.I wasted an hour of my time,who compensates me for my lost time?No call or anything and only 9 minutes late.I will never ever return and will express to everyone my bad experience here.Just because you have many good reviews means absolutely nothing, they are obviously mostly false and fraudulent.I urge patients to find another place, there are many more places that have a nicer staff and doctors that actually care and don't rush out the first chance they get.Absolutely horrible!!

Doctor Harter was incredibly helpful and kind. He genuinely cares about patients well being outside of eye care as well. Best wishes to him and the rest of the staff. Prices are expensive but they let me take my perscription elsewhere to get glasses.

Super frustrating experience. Got charged an extra $180 without being told and when I called immediately after to resolve it, I got hung up on, blamed, and told I was “odd for swiping your card without knowing what you were paying for first”. No, this would actually be what’s called a “Surprise Medical Bill” and there is literally a “No Surprises Act” for this reason because your employees failed to explain to their patient that they were being charged extra what they were being charged extra for. Had to have the manager call me and refund my orders with them because these girls told me I shouldn’t have an attitude with them because I told them they shouldn’t be telling a patient how to spend their money. I work front desk and call center at specialty physician office and I would NEVER speak to a patient the way these young girls did.

I’m not going to lie I feel embarrassed to write what happened but I feel like I have to because the staff was so great!
I was on a call with on hold with my loan service provider and after 2 hours they picked up which happened to be when I was at my eye appt. Dr Min completed my exam while I was talking to them and didn’t even bat an eye.
Afterwards Tracey was soooo patient with me as I was on the line with them.
This office has completely excelled in customer service, care, and all the above. Tracey and Dr Min are the best. I can’t recall the other ladys name who did the initial portion of my appt but she was also great.
If the office does get to read this review- thank you for everything you do. I appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness, and helpfulness. You have a wonderful team.
Highly recommend your practice/office. Best eye doctor location I’ve been to in my life!

Do not waste your time…website Literally says online accepts all insurance also lets you pick what kind of insurance specifically for the location and when you GET THERE AT 8:15am after waking up early to get there on time..the doctor was walking in behind me to get to the counter to be handed the wrong sheet for a lady to come and say we tried to call you WHILE YOUR PHONE IS IN YOUR HAND so you know she’s lying and says “we don’t accept your insurance but our OUT OF TOWN LOCATIONS DOES…I mean far out of town too…smh don’t waste your time folks.

On today (10-22-2020) I had my first visit at NW Vision Center and I was never soo relaxed & comfortable being there...Everyone there was soo welcoming,and treated you like a part of the family...Dr. Min,Yoongie was very professional yet hands on with treating & explaining everything he had done. Then took the time out to show by a model of the eye what my situation is..I would highly recommend NW Vision Center to anyone that has anything wrong with they eyes...THANKS TO ALL THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH,YOU ROCK!!...

I’ve been going here for a few years now and have always been so happy with how friendly and helpful everyone is. Dr. Min has provided me great and very informative care every year, and the front staff is always great. Brooke helped me out recently when picking out glasses and I don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun glasses shopping.
