I highly recommend Mr. Mover! From working with Pam on coordinating my move to the actual move itself, Mr. Movers team didnt miss a beat. Rick and Jeremy finished an hour earlier than predicted and were extremely efficient. I cant thank Mr. Mover enough for making my moving day stress free!

We were very happy we called Mr Mover to move a truckload of furniture from 3 storage units to our new home in Columbus. I estimated at least 7 hrs was needed to move our belongings but Mr Mover was able to complete the move including travel in less than 5 hrs. The 4 man crew led by Donnie worked nonstop with no breaks even though I told them to take a break. They kept working nonstop even when the weather turned nasty. They were friendly and efficient, and the cost was definitely less than I anticipated. We will use Mr Mover again when we start moving our heavy furniture around in the future. I had an in state move. Mr Mover staff were professional from the beginning (estimate) to delivery. Moving crew was always on time, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

We used Mr. Mover twice, and they were fantastic both times. The crew is friendly and very knowledgeable. They even loaned us a few more moving blankets when we realized we didnt have enough. Cant recommend them enough!

I called and booked my move several weeks in advance and received email confirmation of booking, however, come moving day the crew never showed up. I tried calling the office multiple times but no one picked up or returned my voicemails. I ended up having to call around to get a different company booked for the following morning, at a higher price due to short notice. Wouldnt recommend!

The owner of Mr. Mover came to my home to provide an estimate and sold me on the personal touch and commitment that we'd be taken care of. The movers who came were professional and efficient, but didn't adequately protect our furniture. Some was being prepped in our apartment and some down by the truck and I could be two places at once to catch it. For example, the cheap ikea bookshelf was wrapped in blankets, but our amish hardwood dining set was not all wrapped and was damaged. When I reached out to see if they would make it right, I got nothing. Eventually I got someone on the phone and then no follow up via phone or email. I'm glad to see other's didn't have such negative experience, but an otherwise fine move was ruined by the lack care on the movers part the lack of ownership of the issue by the company. Due to this treatment after the fact, I cannot recommend.

Simply the best professional movers I have ever worked with. For context, we have moved cross country twice and locally several times using movers that were fine. We just completed another long haul move from Columbus to ATL, and Mr Mover made it an absolute pleasure from estimate to delivery. The owners Jeff and Pam offered insight about the move even before we committed to using their service, and the total actually came in under their Not to Exceed estimate.One of their strengths is employing full time, professional staff. Yves, Eric, Ricky, Donny and Shawn were an absolute pleasure to work with. They treated our belongings as if their own (better than we would have, honestly) and communicated clearly and cordially throughout. True professionalism from start to finish, and they will be the first call we make if we ever head back north. Very satisfied with this decision.

We had an UNBELIEVABLY GREAT experience with Mr. Mover. This company went WAY above and beyond in easing our stress, accommodating our timeline in a hectic time of year, and making sure we did not have to worry about our possessions. From the office staff (Pam is awesome to work with) to the movers (big kudos to Jeremy and the team), we had an exceptional team on both sides - loading and unloading. It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that our belongings were being handled with care. The movers were on time and ready to work. They were professional, always polite, and friendly. I will absolutely recommend them and am so grateful for their services. Thank you for the excellent customer service and quality!

Pam did great with scheduling and following up the day before the move. Jeremy and the guy with him I didnt get his name did an awesome job. Very efficient and overall great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!!
