“We had great contract movers from Planes. They were prompt, courteous and constantly were aware of our needs and feelings. My only complaint was the need for the movers to use scanners to expedite the process. Every item was tagged and then manually recorded on carbonized paper listing the number and the item. When items were delivered, every item had to be checked off the list. This task could have been completed so much more easily with scanners since the labels all had barcodes.”
