BUYER BEWARE!!!
While their sales team may initially impress you, Morris Furniture's products are absolutely abysmal. The quality is shockingly poor, and their after-sales service is even worse—think nightmarish warranty processes, abysmal repair services, and non-existent customer support. My sectional started ripping and fraying within just two months of purchase, revealing the appalling craftsmanship.
But the nightmare didn’t end there. Every other item I bought from Morris has had some issue or another. For instance, the fire table I purchased arrived damaged. Their solution? They forced me to return it to the store and then gave me a measly 21 days to use the credit, effectively pressuring me into buying more of their subpar products. This is nothing short of a scam.
Dealing with Morris Furniture has been a continuous source of stress and frustration. Save yourself the headache and avoid Morris Furniture at all costs. Their products and service are simply not worth the hassle. I will never buy from them again and strongly advise you to steer clear as well.

Bill was professional and very nice to work with. Highly recommend asking for him when shopping here. He helped us find what we needed and at an attractive price.
6/3 update. Horrible and unacceptable customer service support. I had purchased 2 desks. Was told they had arrived at the store for pick up. When I came to pick it up, only one was there. Okay, not the end of the world really. Was told the second would arrive in a week. Over 3 weeks went by and never received a call about it. By then had made my decision to cancel the 2nd desk. Called them and received confirmation they would refund me in 5-7 days.
A couples of weeks went by and nothing. I called yet again to get and update to only be informed there was something pending with their accounting department and that they would email them. No follow up to me yet again. Called again and was told I could not return it anymore. Escalated to Steve the manager and was told it would be resolved. Another 2 weeks go by and here I am editing my initial review while I wait to speak with someone at the store.
Someone answered the phone, put me on hold until the call dropped. I called back several times and it goes to voicemail.
Will escalate this at the highest level and will also return the 1st table as this store does not deserve my business.
Will never give them my business and ever recommend this store to anyone. Beyond dissatisfied.

Thanks to Mr. Bill and Mr. Steven on helping me with seeking newer updated bedroom furniture this evening. I fully desired a new chest dresser because the one I currently has performs paranormal activity. ? After you close the drawers they open time later. At first it creeped me out having purchased it out from Value City Furniture. So this time around I decided to choose a different route. Mr. Bill greeted me pleasantly and was super patient with me as I had to make up my mind on what options I had when it came to being about to customize the fabric used for a bed. Next when it came to choosing a dresser Mr. Bill directed me and I was able to go with one that caught my eye. Thank you to these two for their patience and laughter we shared during my visit at Morris Furniture today! Thank you guys! ?

A shout out to anyone who is looking for some new furniture in the Columbus area. I went to the Morris Ashley Store on Morse Road and had a very pleasant experience. Cassidy was so sweet, so knowledgeable and very professional. I had looked several places and wasn’t able to find a couch and chair that I liked. (Not everyone wants a big sectional) I found just what I was like looking for and it was actually delivered sooner than anticipated.Five stars for sure!!

We had the pleasure of working with Bill H. to find the perfect dining room table, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Bill was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for at a price that fit our budget. I had a great experience at the Easton Morris location. I am very thankful for the team that helped me! 7 months and 5 stores later, I finally made the purchase that I have been desiring and waiting for! I walked in a very serious buyer. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Steven the General Manager was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and his team Darius, Bill and Omar did a tremendous job! They were honest, straight forward, very quick to listen (which is key) and most importantly willing to help me find and get the new additions to my home! I truly believed they cared more about me as a person than the actual sale! I am one happy customer!!!! Thank you for the amazing experience! - KB

Friendly staff and easy to work with. Special ordering was easy, and I got it in about 3 weeks. However, when I got it, I realized it was the wrong color. Notified Morris, and they took care of the problem. I also purchased a mattress with the 30-day sleep guarantee (worth the extra 200). I did not like my original mattress, went it, chose another, and it was an easy process. They came and got the mattress and exchanged it for my new one.

We worked with Hailey at the Morris store on Morse Road. She was friendly, helpful and explained in detail the differences in bedding. There were a lot of options, even more with platform styles. She patiently showed us other furniture that worked our situation. We liked Morris as there were a lot of choices available.
