We have driven across the city twice only to find their store closed - despite the hours on their website and signage on their door saying they are open.

The manager is a crazy person who definitely mistreats and underpays her employees. She is obsessed with appearances when all other locations closed due to lack of business. The owner knows nothing about the happenings of the store. There is a severe lack of respect between employees and management which just makes the atmosphere painfully quiet and awkward. All the merchandise is highly overpriced and poor quality

I always have a great experience when I'm in this shop and find exactly what I need. I came in the day before my dogs day care was planning to take photos and needed a bandana. This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!

I bought my fluffy doggy a matching collar, leash and harness, unfortunately my medium-small sized doggy was too strong and actually broke the leash. I got hit it in the eye with the metal part because it was an elastic leash. He eventually tore the harness and also the collar popped. So all the three things were not of high quality.The employees however were really nice and also really cute. There was a white poochie there that actually spoke Mandarin fluently. My poochie can play the keyboard at most.
