I was engaged by Ju Ju (the manager?) in a shouting match after I (a disabled person who couldn't just go inside and ask for help) was unable to get help with their malfunctioning equipment. I have 2 vehicles and both are on the monthly plan; I wash my vehicles daily, and will no longer frequent this location, and advise that others find a better location as well. If Ju Ju is who this company chooses to lead their employees, they are in serious trouble.

There is always 10 cars at least in each line when I come. The line is very slow as well. Took me 25 minutes sitting in line to get a wash. Very very sloww.

They're so quick to come out and press all the buttons for you. Like we don't know how to run a credit card and and follow the, then they always press no receipt!!!! Then you have to wait for them to print one off. Everybody should have a receipt in case something gets damaged on your car. I'm sure that's why they run out to punch all your buttons for you and then hit no receipt real quick.

Look, all these hands-free car washes will give you exactly the same mediocre car wash. It's basically a step up from a really hard rain. And that part works fine I guess.But the reason to differentiate one of these places from another is the location and the amenities.The location is okay but there's usually 30 minute line at this place, so you'd be better off driving 20 minutes out of your way.And the amenities are basically cripplingly bad. Literally only half the vacuums work. I had to move my car three times to find a vacuum that worked. To the point where some of them are just shredded ribbons that used to be vacuums . And I don't know about you, but vacuuming my car is one of the primary reasons I come here. I want to throw away a bunch of trash and vacuum the inside of my car.And since almost all the garbage cans are full and only half of the vacuums work, I'm not really sure why I would ever come here again.When this place first opened it was pretty nice, like every place, and now it is basically exactly as useless as most of them become.But I did give them one extra star because when I pulled up to the machine nobody came out to push buttons for me. That is an upgrade.

vacuums are not working I tried at least 10 different ones before I gave up. the employee said, "It's because they are old. We have said something, but they wont replace the. because it isn't in the budget" .I quoted that. I think they could at least put a sign up on the broken ones that arent obvious (the hose broke off the vacuum piece). also, if the owner or manager chooses to respond to this asking me to call or whatever.. I shouldn't have to call. fix the problem!!!
