I have a unlimited membership to Moo Moo car wash. On September 26th, 2024, I stopped at the location on Morse Rd. in Columbus, Ohio. My white SUV now has pink and yellow soap streaks that won't come off due to going through their wash. I filed an incident report and no one has bothered to call me back. Beware if you take your white car through their car wash!

I have a $40 membership and moo moo barely washes my car I only have it because moomoo’z is everywhere around the city and if I see one around I will stop by also all moomoo employees never hand out the air fresheners, dash wipes, towels anymore like they use to when moomoo started being more in business vaccums are terrible you’ll be surprised to get a good one

Can't beat Moo Moo. Especially if you get unlimited washes. One of my favorite. Longer than othe MooMoos. Lots of vacuums but always seem packed.

WHY DO ALL OF YOUR LOCATIONS HAVE SUCH A PROBLEM GIVING OUT THE AIR FRESHENER OR DASH WIPE THATS INCLUDED?! IM TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE.

Great, friendly staff. Very good wash. Dryer is a freaking Tornado!!!! Vacuums suck harder than Nancy Pelosi and Mike Obama.
