Lower half of car on sides scratched by scrubbing brush. Filed incident report from this weekend and was called back today stating that the scratches were there prior to wash. I know there’s no way but had to see for myself.
How would any scratches be visible on dirty car? Response it’s 4k camera. Drove back to location to view camera footage just to confirm there wasn’t any visible signs of scratches prior to wash but that the air freshener guy that guides you in will walk along both sides of your car making hand signals for the camera in a vertical motion indicating possible defects they observe on a dirty car.
As I was observing they do this intentionally as any car comes through new or old. This is to absolve having to be responsible if you hold liable.
The store and district manager didn’t want to focus on what the camera doesn’t show and just wanted to reiterate the technology of their equipment could not damage car paint.
Hope this doesn’t happen to you.

What is it with all these Moo Moo locations NOT giving people the air freshener or dash wipe when they've paid for that plan? I'm getting tired of it.
