I have been a semi-regular customer for years now. Momentum 98 stocks amazing books and a diverse array of products that I don't always (or never) see elsewhere. The staff have always been courteous, professional, and kind to me. Marvin has especially gone out of his way to help me and even hold a book for me. I always have fun at this store, too!

Wow! I've been going to the store for over 20 years as it's a staple in Clintonville. I absolutely adore Phil (owner) and he's been a friend even longer than I've been a customer. I'm sad to say it Phil, but the two employees you have left to run your store are the nastiest people I've encountered at any store in Columbus--and completely counterintuitive with your holistic store. I went in to shop, I've never walked out of there without dropping hundreds! I always bring home new devices you carry and i stock up on brands of supplements to support your brick and mortar store. But both employees made comments in less than a minute that were sour and aggressive. These are not nice people. They seem power hungry, out to play shop owner without understanding a shop cant stay in business without its core customers. If they were this way with me, a long-term fan of Momentum 98 and the owner I can only imagine they're like this with anybody. I truly wish you had people running your store who cared about You. These jokers aren't it. I walked out and will not be back.

My first time in this place a couple weeks ago found it online since my side of town dont have nothing like this. The young lady working the front desk was very kind and knows a lot about natural healin. im trying to make some changes at my age its hard and getting into natural stuff. Think she said her name is Cat. Im not from this part of town and she treated me just like anyone else walkin in there like we were family. Helped me find some things I didnt think no one would have or know about. She spent alot of time with me, she listened to me for long time, felt like i could tell her anything and she wont judge. I felt hopeful, and lighter walking outta there. She allowed me to really see that i can heal and already feel better from some vitamins she recommended. going back soon to ask her questions on herbs

Absolutely 162% in love with this place. Kat and Marvin have always taken EXTENSIVE amounts of time to explain things to me and educate me on various herbs, tonics, supplements, etc. I was there yesterday for nearly 2.5hrs picking Kat's brain and she gladly answered everything for me. A true community treasure!!I love you guys!!

As a someone who has been deep into the health scene for over 25 years, this place is a gem and we are blessed to have it in Columbus. Supporting small business is especially critical in this time. Look past an employee having a bad day (times are intense.) If need be, ask to speak to Phil, the owner, he will help you with your wellness questions. For wellness support around depression, check out AFA frozen algae and take a few tablespoons a day by thawing it in the fridge and re-freezimg it in an ice cube tray for individual servings. One of the employees there was extremely rude when me and my friend walked in there. She sat on her phone almost the entire time, seemed generally uninterested to be in there, and got mad at me because I said that two lavenders were the same.Hey lady, I hope you're reading this. I normally wouldn't go off like this on a review but considering this is a small business I want everyone to know what kind of business they are supporting.My mom and cousins have all been on the holistic medicine route for years, having a lady snap at me because of not knowing the exact difference of certain kinds of lavender is both extremely weird and rude. There are way better holistic shops, Lucky's, Witchlab, or HSU and Co.You're running a small business here so I'm sure being a cvnt to 2 customers is a bad look, but I guess people like it here :)
