Full load delivery, in & out 90 min. Can't believe someone gave a 1-star for them "refusing" to take delivery a day prior... You can't just ASSUME everyone can take your load a day early, c'mon man!

11/19/23... After 20 year's of loyal, reliable, responsible, professional service and 1of their drivers that knew every route as well as trained many new drivers. F.M.L.A. was never offered 3yrs ago. Instead he was out of a job. Forced into retirement and on Social Security. Such a shame! Very disappointed ? with the so called "Michael's family"

I arrived the afternoon before my appoinment and they refused to unload me for not showing up at my appoinment time, even though it was just 4 pallets I was delivering. This messed up my day. I tried to convince the receiver but they seemed very unflexible. Wouldn't like to come back to this place.

Great meat. Some of the best you can get. But don't expect friendly service. Staff, while not rude, was what my generation would call "icy". Almost like, "what do you want." So, order ahead, but be prepared for attitude.
