Mi Bandera Meat & Grocery is a great grocery store with a fun and funky atmosphere. It is not a Kroger, but offers very interesting selections of products and a great variety, especially for Latino customers looking to make meals like back home. The store features a best-kept-secret big meat counter. The staff is fantastic, with great employees who are very friendly, cordial, fun, smiling, and upbeat. They provide fantastic customer service, much better than Kroger, and are always appreciative. They are helpful with questions and will break out of whatever they are doing to help, even noticing when a customer appears confused. The store has a personal touch that shows and matters, creating a haven for products like Mexican Cokes. It is a place for everyone, not just those who are Mexican, but for anyone who loves the people, the passion, the food, and the culture. Customers find themselves hooked and shopping there more and more.

Very friendly and cordial staff. When I appeared confused while searching for something; a member of the staff noticed immediately and helped me. I didn’t even have to call on anyone(didn’t want to anyways because I don’t like to bother them anyways). Led me to a haven of Mexican cokes that I wanted.
