One start is lot for them! Stay away from this place,i got a pullet in my apartment while im cooking dinner,its not safe at all,also read you lease guys,they will charge you $250 for cleaning the carpet even when u clean it,they dont care they just keep charging for money,here some photo showing what im saying,stay away... read full comment

GREAT PLACE! Perfect if your in Columbus for only a couple of months of work! Clean, furnished, safe, affordable. Nothing more I could ask for.

I stayed at the (MFA) Autumn Chase property two years ago for four months during a job relocation to Columbus. My experience was outstanding! The property manager was amazing, the people (neighbors) are friendly and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property, it will not disappoint....
