This has to be the worst MetroPCS location I've ever been to. They are never there at the store. They make up their own hours. The the staff is absolutely ignorant and disrespectful. Don't waste your time trying to call this location as they never answer the phone

Poor phones this is my 2nd phone within a year from here and both phones have been the WORST EVER my current phone i just got like 5 days ago roughly and they won't give me my money back or nothing they are a joke normally you have like a 15 day grace period to return or exchange

Bought new phone .have had worst service in all my years with this company .have had to go back 3times due to data running out for whole month In 2 hours. Am switching over to cellular one same plan but only 15.00 instead of 40 metro charges.

Needed to switch phones, from Android to iPhone when I discovered my Metro PCS Store across the street was permanently closed. So I searched Google and read reviews. This one was highly rated, which is the only reason I went, and it did not disappoint. The owner operator, Jaffe is very friendly and honest. He took care of what I needed, didn’t even charge me to put on a new screen protector, and explained everything very well. Top notch service, and I have a new store now. Highly recommend!
