All I can say is that this was some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Linda was not only ignorant but showed no concern about my replacement phone. My husband has been waiting 2 weeks for the replacement on his warranty. I had to call metros national customer service to get any answers. I hope the manager can do something about the staff at his store. Not suitable to be dealing with the public .
