I have had phone service for 9 years and it works really well ? tried the Metro by T mobile Internet very slow internet only had it for 4 months and customer service or in store customer service could not help and did not seem they could resolve the issues,I will go else where

The staff at the store was not very well trained or very knowledgeable, she was recently hired, but she was absolutely amazing, very kind, and literally did her absolute best with the training and knowledge she had.
