Tried to switch but was told the current add for a free iPhone was false advertising but they could sell me one . Hopefully someone sues them for it.

Everytime I go in I get no help. I've been trying to upgrade and get told look at the sign on the phone instead of my account being pulled up to see my offers. It's the same girl each time. She has never once pulled up my account to see what it says. I get deals through my phone and she tells me they are not what they say in the message or just plain shoos me off

The waiter was very rude he didn't wanna work with me after telling me my phone there was no longer covered by insurance so I don't have anything positive to say about this place. I went to another phone company.

Meech made my experience amazing! He is very knowledgeable of ALL things metro and tech related. He made my experience FUN and within my budget. The customer service is great the inventory is great. I haven’t bought a new phone since 2020 and I now have an iPhone 11 and am a very satisfied new customer. His name tag says Imad and his name is Meech.

This metro was awesome got my wife a phone for 83 with activation and all after having such a nasty experience at the Morse and Cleveland store these guys were a breath of fresh air, they let me know that I was definitely being over charged and was getting played and they promised me the best deal and they did what they said
