I would like to thank RJ. For your quick response and addressing my concern.some confusion, miscommunication and some things that need to be addressed at that store. As far as customer service and treating customers with respect.. but I am happy to know I got what I paid for it and was not ripped off. I will definitely be checking out the other store that you mentioned in the near future..

This is the WORST phone service I’ve ever had customer service stinks my bill was always screwed up and today they too money with out my permission. Go to Verizon or ATT heck get a prepaid just don’t get T-Mobile or you will be disappointed I promise

I just got my phone's about a week ago so I'm not sure about the service but when it comes to customer service Meechie and his wife are experts and they will go to extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied they are very knowledgeable and they aren't just trying to sell you anything.With that being said I highly recommend you go here if you're thinking about getting Metro phone service and accessories for your phone as well

I had a great lady at Metro on east Broad Street she explained the features on the and I told my price I wanted to pay. She listened to what I said and sold me what I wanted and needed SHe did a great job and I would go back to her again to buy a phone. I like phone I bought very much.

I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me, but I think it started with an M? And he said he was from Paris. Absolutely wonderful man. He was so helpful and polite. He helped me set up the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and was also helping two other people while helping me. He was great under pressure with multiple customers! I've always had an awesome experience with Metro and this is another one to add to the books. Thank you for awesome service and great customer service skills!

Metro in general is literally the worst company ever they really hold people hostage like please do yourself a favor and do not go to metro they are the worst company ever. They are the worst company ever in the world once you in its like impossible to get out.

May 14th 2021. I got to the 3723 east broad location at 754pm they do not close until 8pm. I was turned away because it was too close to closing. I jst needed to activate a phone. I already have a plan and service and have been a customer for over 3 yrs after jogging over a mile pregnant just to make it on time after work its disappointing the respresentitive is too lazy to serve their customers during normal business hours.
