I hat this metro store. Elyass is a scammer. I had a $72 plan for 2 lines, I came to pay the bill on 28. I paid him the $77 on June 28th, He changed my plan to $15 each lines. I never have data, and I go to the store at another store, the agent tell me I have another plan $15 each line. And if I want to change it back, I have to pay the difference. When I go at this store, the lady told me that Elyass is on vacation. Elyass is a scammer, rober.

I bought a Samsung A35 at this store with Elyass on July 6th. And after 4 days, I don't have service. The line is suspended. When I bought the phone, he didn't give me a receipt. Today, I was at another store, they said I have a $26.88 balance and 2 lines on my account.
I don't know these other line.
Elyass do bad things at this place. I will just Crack this phone and never deal with metro again. ?

I was at a cricket store, I get a very bad customer service, so, I didn't activate my phone. So I decided to go to metro store and I receive Very good customer service. There is a lady here, I think her name is Lorence. She explain me very clearly all the plans and the risk about the phone that I bring. I can't buy a phone right now, but she offers me all the options. I'm very happy. I love metro.

SCAMMER!! DO NOT TRUST!! Elyass sold me a Razr that I liked but felt obligated to purchase because he went to another store for it. He never put the phone in my name nor did he ask me for an 8 digit code so that I could access my account. While paying, he claimed the card machine went down mid transaction and that I could Zelle the remainder of the payment to him. A total of a $360 payment for a new line and phone, $160 on my card before the machine went down and $200 via Zelle. I know it was not smart to do. He fast talked the entire time and rushed through each customers experience. Intentionally making each sale chaotic and confusing. Two days later I came back in for a RETURN that I was eligible for, because I found and ordered the same phone with a deal online with Metro for $100 less than what he charged me. He told me I wouldn’t get the service fee back ($60) and gave me $100 in cash. He told me the $200 via Zelle was non-refundable and that was store policy. He also confiscated my receipts for the purchased phone because “it has important numbers on it that I could no longer have”. Completely ripped off with no remorse or business protocol in place.

Aggressive upsell attempt with no resolution. Left without purchasing anything. Guilted by owner with sob story and wouldn’t give me a straight answer or sell me a phone unless I purchased accessories worth more than the cost of the phone. I made it clear I only would only buy phone but he kept talking in circles. Don’t trust him.

At the risk of sounding cliché, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am currently doing a beta test for a phone and I was sent a T-mobile locked version which will only work with T-mobile or Metro. I am currently with Mint Mobile and am unable to use my current SIM due to this, so I came here on my lunch break to get a Metro SIM and 1 month of service so I can complete the testing.I came in, told the guy what I needed and why, and he ignored what I had just told him and he immediately started in with the high pressure sales pitch. "Why only one month? We want to keep you as a customer!?" At this point I almost walked out on principle, but I was trying to save time so I gave it another shot.I repeated my situation to him, explaining that I am with Mint Mobile and am not interested in switching, I just need this one month of service and only this at this time. He ignored that as well and promised to get me into a great rate on a new plan which I don't want and don't need. "How much are you paying with your current service??!!"This was my breaking point and I walked out. 2 days later I drove to Sawmill and explained my situation to Mohammed (who was great, btw). $82 and 10 minutes later and I was on my way.I don't know if the situation at this store is an issue of inadequate training, a commission-based compensation issue or a combination of both, but I will never set foot in this place again.

I'm a new metro customer and I expect I will be one for quite some time after activating at this store. ?
