Called and was told that the current add is actually false illegal advertising saying they don't have or get the free iPhone 11 so hopefully a lawyer will get ahold of them for false advertising.

Gwen was great I told her of my problem and not only did she fix it she got my bill lowered. She was great. And she showed me how to delete some things that were slowing up my phone. Much appreciated

Now that i live on this side of town this store is amazing, i was a little hastened coming in but im happy i did, i got to meet adam ane gwen! I also anticipate continued excellence in their service and even more reasons to remain a customer of this wireless service. When I became a Metro customer I just wanted a cellphone. What I got was helpful service, great data plan options and a good variety in choice of phones to suit different needs.
