Extremely slow here and the guy working wasn't in a hurry to move anyone along we were there for an hour and he was still on the same person as when we walked in to the store so we didn't get anything accomplished! Bad customer service

Got there at 12 (when they open) i go inside and the guy kicked us out. He said “sorry the door wasn’t supposed to be unlocked, it’s going to be another 10 minutes). We left and another guy waiting left as well.Horrible costumer service!

This seems to be a really nice little store. They were really helpful every time i've been in the store, and it's really maintained nicely as well. They always seem to have the newest phones out, and other devices. And just like every other MetroPCS you can walk in and pay your bill there as well. So other than having all the nice devices that's out at the time, and bring decently taken care of, it's the people that work there to me that is what makes it worth going and shopping there, and even though I'm with T-Mobile now I still stop in there for phone cases and things like that because it's always cheaper to get it from them there than it is at the T-Mobile store that's in the same shopping center.

Bought two phone's and got them activated and was walking out the door in about 10 minute's. Very quick service and friendly staff.

We had the absolute worst customer experience tonight. We have been a customer of Metro for over 10 years & our bill has been paid consistently on time through those 10 years. We went almost 3 years ago to buy new phones. I didn't try to argue about free phones or deals since it was during the pandemic & we were working a crazy amount of hours which meant we had limited time. Paid for all 3 out of pocket. Now we all need new phones. And we walk into 2 women sitting in the next room being very vocal in their arguing of who was going to "take care of us". After that.....I honestly didn't even consider spending ANY amount with them. We are now looking for a new carrier. It is NOT ok to walk into a place where you are potentially looking at paying hundreds if not more, and the workers are so willing to disrespect said customer.

Went in to switch plans, they didn't wanna deal with me, they were being lazy. Said I needed my account number etc. Went and got it for them and then they gonna say their systems were down while they was already helping another customer prior. They was on their phones ignoring me. Terrible service.

They have great customers service, and their welling to help with any problem you bring them
