Went to get a upgrade and Hakim was amazing ,he made my visit very pleasant. He helped me switch my data to my new phone, something I didn't know how to do .His customer service was the best I've ever experienced with Metro. Hakim was awesome and a well mannered young man. Hakim thanks for all you helped me with on August 11,2023 you are the real mvp of Metro.

Young man told me that he could get me a new phone $400 plus but if I change my number he could get it for $200 then said oh sorry can't use a credit card or debit. You have zelle send to me I'll pay for it. So I question why an employee would ask someone to send them the money and they'll cover the cost of the phone etc. No sorry that sounded shady. The company needs to look into him.

I came to this store as a customer with Verizon, I broke my phone and realized I had no insurance. I had Metro before and they were great. So I went over and spoke with Marlana who was amazing and gave me a great deal on a new line. I honestly couldn't beat the price, and her excellent customer service skills, sealed the deal for me!

It was okay the service rep did not want to assist me very much and transferring information from one phone to the next before the other phone went dead he said we just can't do it we're not allowed I hate that when people say that they can do it but they don't want to do it I told him I don't know how to do this stuff he just look at me like I was dumb

My phone got stolen so on the first I went into this store paid my bill so I could upgrade to a new phone since mine was stolen. I go out of town where I stay cause I'm disabled and have to have help and I have no home of my own.. well they turned my phone off and and stole my money. I called the 1800 customer service number and they investigate it and say there is no anything of the transaction even though I have the phone the receipt and the bank statement where they took 127.00 all together. I could never believe I'm only one there done this to. I've tried everything there is to do to get this resolved and get my service back. They weren't even willing to do anything after my sister drove me 100 miles back to Columbus to try to fix. No help at all. So with all the proof in world I sit here no service a new phone and Sim and out 126.00 I'm calling news investigation and disputing charges. To steal from a homeless disabled mother who lives on 700 a month is wrong. They robbed the wrong lady because I refuse to stop until I get my money back. I don't want there damn service now . 15 days ago .. DONT GO TO THAT STORE THEY ARE THOEFS AND DRUG DEALERS

Went there at the metro pcs customer service request...place smelled like weed, attendant acted like he could not be anymore uninterested in helping me get a new phone upgrade...didnt even quote the proper prices that were on the POSTED SIGNAGE....And didn't even have HALF the phones in stock....including not even. ONE IPHONE AT ALL..total waste of time
