After several attempts to find an actual open store, we got lucky. He was knowledgeable and efficient with the service. We added a line and got a free phone for my son. The gentleman even put the screen protector on for us.

Only Metro PCS I will go to out of all the locations around town Chaffe (sorry probably spelling his name wrong) has great customer service and a nice variety of phone's and accessories.
