I've used Merle Norman products for at least 10 years from this location. Terri and Leann are knowledgeable and patient. The products are excellent. Both did my wedding makeup, and I received many compliments.

I'm a big fan of Angela Lansbury, especially "Merle She Wrote".You can get some nice wigs and other cosmetics in here, but it's really expensive so don't expect any cheap deals. This is really more for high-end stuff so if you have money then it's a good place to browse and buy, but otherwise you probably will end up leaving empty-handed like we did.Anyway, it's still a really spectacular store, the servers are great, and were perfectly nice to us.Located at the massive Polaris Mall in Columbus which I've been through on a number of occasions, and most recently we went in almost every single store in the mall!

I have been coming here since I was a teen. The owner is super sweet and knows her stuff well. I feel welcomed and taken care of when I come here. The product is a little more pricey then some I suppose but it last and works well. A wide variety of product and kept up with all the beauty trends. I recommend all my friends here that have never heard of the product.

Was getting my makeup done for prom and the first attempt made me look like I had a black eye, second I looked like a clown. Makeup I bought wasnt that good of quality better off with drug store makeup. Other times I had my makeup done there turned out a lot better. Dont know what happened.

Generally hate this type of thing, but was looking for a new foundation and happened by this store during an errand. Made an appointment for a "makeover", where generally salespeople try to sell you the world. But Terri was simply wonderful. Very pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable about her products. Which was wonderfully refreshing considering some of my experiences at a couple of the megacosemetic stores. The skin care line was not my interest today, so she simply showed me the cosmetics line AFTER asking about my routine and desired style. Personable, yet professional...she actually made it enjoyable! I will gladly be a repeat customer.
