Today I ordered mulch for pickup. The young man at the gate was very pleasant. I asked him if someone could help me load the bags of mulch. ( I'm a senior with a bad back and other health issues ). He said I will send someone over. Then another young man came over to help me load the mulch into my car. They both were so helpful, kind and professional. I shop this Menards because the majority of their employees are exactly the same way. You can tell they like their job. It shows.

This the best home improvement store in Columbus ohio store is well laid out clean employees are helpful the General manager knows what he is doing unlime the East Broad store. This store has really gone down hill since the gm leftost people quit or move too different stores do too the new gm incompetents .

Today, I had a disappointing and horrible experience at Menards while trying to exchange a few items. Despite being a regular customer, a so called employee named Karen was extremely rude, raising her voice at both me and my daughter. We were told they don't do exchanges, which we know isn't true since we've done many exchanges there before. Even when a manager was called, they didn't intervene to stop Karen's behavior. This encounter left me wanting and going to consider finding another location to shop at. if this employee continues to treat customers like this.

It's a nice store but woe be unto you when they sell you a false product. We bought 60lb "sand" bags here on 5/5. Brought them home, opened them up, and it's nothing but very fine dirt and gravel. Called the store 5/6 and the only option they gave me was to haul all the bags back to the store to get a refund. No thank you. Went to Lowe's instead and everything went great on the first try.

Place is huge but oddly organized. Online inventory doesnt tell you what aisle lmfao. Asked 3 people for help and none of them knew where...porch shades are LOL exit is 600 feet at the end of the store and they forgot to leave an egress so had to ASK TO LEAVE LOL this is the 3rd time my Menards experience has been like this. Just shop online or go to Lowe's because that's what I end up doing anyways.
