I'm an instacart shopper. From day one of shopping at this location, employees have made it seem like I was stealing items. Some would try to secretly follow me around. Others would stand close by while checking out, to watch me. If you don't want them to scan your water for you, they will go out of their way to try to do it anyways...or give you looks. I'm so tired of being profiled. The kicker about all of this, is that they know I'm an instacart shopper. LET ME SHOP IN PEACE!!!. I needed an item out of electronics..and one employee literally wouldn't let me touch the item. I wanted to make sure it was the correct item, and he literally had a firm grip on it...when I tried to grab it...snatching it away. CALM DOWN PEOPLE!

Always extremely disappointing they are usually busy, and even when they are not they have like maybe tops 3 to 4 cashier's available and you end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes to check out most of the time.

I had to use the restroom at this location and the conditions were absolutely appalling. I didn’t even think to look for a SINK as I entered the bathroom- I just expected it was there… then to my surprise there was literally no sink on the wall!!! I had to use my own hand sanitizer in my purse! Unbelievable!!

Always clean. Associates leave a bit to be desired & not always helpful. Not all but a few. Lots of check out lanes unmanned pretty much forcing you to use self checkout or wait excessive time to be checked out.

I’ve never been to this meijer , i went up to an employee just to nicely ask if they had any price scan stations because i didn’t know where it was. She was so extremely rude and pointed in a direction and said “UHH yeah over where it has the giant sign where it says price scan” I could not even visually see it from her POV . felt so dismissive and rude for someone just asking a simple question.

This place always has everything I need. Staff is nice and helpful. This location has a great variety of food and merchandise as well as a better selection of International Foods that other surrounding grocery stores don't. Its Mperks program, however, is crap. You have to spend over 300.00 just to get $2 off. Clipped or mailed coupons should automatically be applied to your account and at the register, but they don't. I shouldn't have to go through a whole bunch of coupon-clipping and a bunch of steps and trouble just to get a couple of dollars off my almost $300 bill. This is the reason I go to Kroger more frequently (just type in your Phone number and all applicable coupons and promotions are automatically deducted at the register).
