No fitting rooms so my kids can try on clothes? Ridiculous! And then they told me they have a 90-day return policy. 🙄
Might as well order off Amazon since it saves me the trip.

I woke up with my stuff down in front of the building went to get my phone out to use the Wi-Fi there and the manager came out and took a picture of me through the windows then came out and her sister to tell me that I was trespassing just because of the way I looked

The pharmacy drive-thru setup is terrible. Do not use it unless you drive a small car. The lane is unreasonably tight. I can only assume the store's design engineer went to Michigan.

When ordering at Meijer through Doordash, Meijer puts a hold on your card. For example, I placed a Doordash order for $53. I transferred $61 to my cash app card to use (I never use my bank debit for doordash transactions). I was told that Meijer put an additional $10.78 holding fee and I would have to transfer that additional amount to the card to use it. How ridiculous. They say it will be reimbursed but I wonder how many times I haven't paid attention and haven't been reimbursed. So we already pay a service fee, delivery fee through DD and now I'm learning a hold fee through the store. I hate not having this service because I do appreciate not having to go out sometimes but I can't rationalize it anymore.

The lady that runs this place is very rude, condescending, unprofessional, and treats you like trash. Wouldn't go back to this Meijer if I was paid to, horrible customer service!

I have been shopping at this store for 30 years. I like this store. I love their prices. Within the last several years I have interacted with a young man who works there, Amire. He is the most helpful and kind worker. Always willing to go above and beyond for patrons. Congratulations Meijer for hiring such a breath of fresh air. It is heartwarming to see such an inspiring and enthusiastic person in a sales role.
