This review should have been 5 stars, but it's not.They sold me a great washer and dryer at a great price. The delivery guys were fantastic, on time, professional, great attention to detail and just plain awesome.After spending top dollar for this, and specifically buying that dryer for the steam option (that we discussed with the salesman!) that she just had to have-they didn't put the steam kit on the order-so my install is incomplete.Best part they want me to pay them another 40 bucks for the steam kit. I spent almost 3k already. It's 20 on Amazon for the good one, they want double. No thanksWhen I called I got another salesman-tayvon? Very bad attitude who ended up hanging up on me. I'm glad Alex called me back fast, I was headed that way. They were so close to perfect it's not funny. To screw up a good deal because you don't know how to fix mistakes is bad. To hang up on customers is unfortunately a death sentence in selling products.We will need thousands more very soon-you had us, all you had to do is take good care of us. You didn't do that. Worse part you hung up on me.Life lesson-own your mistakes, correct them and move on. Never double down on stupid. Never treat customers like crap.

Had a washing machine delivered and the old one taken by the delivery guys, they happened to be unprofessional and forgot to take it the first time, the second time they came to take the washing machine one of them nocked on my door so hard it woke up my 6 month old, then he proceeded to ask me "what happened buddy" trying to intimidate me. It is their job to know the instructions for each delivery they make. I will never buy anything from this place again. They hire Unprofessional adult children.

Had a horrible experience with the Appliance Factory in Dublin, Ohio, and, as a result, will not deal with them ever again. Went there shopping for a new washer and dryer and a freezer. Told salesman we wanted to purchase the exact same models of washer and dryer that we had just seen in a big box hardware store in Dublin. Was told we could purchase those exact same models from Appliance Factory at a slightly lower price. When the washer and dryer were delivered, I realized after a few days that the washer was not the same model we had seen elsewhere. It was a cheaper model that did not have the same features as the model we were told we would receive. Had we checked the model number upon delivery, we would have refused the washer. Fool me once...When the freezer was delivered, the delivery team did some damage to a wall in our house. I called the store about the damage and was told I would need to speak to the manager. It took several calls to get ahold of the manager and he advised that damage complaints were handled out of the main office in Colorado. He said he would notify the main office of my complaint and they would be contacting me. About 3 weeks went by and no one contacted me. I noticed a "President's Hotline" phone number on the salesmanship business card, so I called that number and left a message about the damage. Someone called me back in a couple of days and said they would send someone to repair the wall damage. A person came to repair and he really messed up the damage spots so that they looked worse than the original damage. I contacted the store manager who told me to get a quote for wall repair which I did immediately and emailed back to him. Next, someone from the home office called me and agreed to reimburse for the repairs. We had one of the premier painting companies in the area come to do the repairs. But they could not fully fix the problem. Needless to say, would never recommend.

Terrible delivery service..if buy product at store..that model that you see in front of you..ok...if ordered from anotheer store/company warehouse it never shows up !!! Have been waiting on a refund..since Dec.14 ,2022 called many many times...dont return calls or says takes time ( this is a check..payment by visa was refunded right away )..Just called jan28,2023 and they never sent in refund request...even thou I have called them,left messages, talked to live mananger and salesman about 8 times.... they now say ..after manager being extremely aggressive towards me..very unproffessional of him...they will send in request..allmost 2 months when they should have, and many calls to them...Now have to wait another 2 weeks or more...Salesperson was very nice and tried to get thru to send refund

THE WORST. First - The unit I bought that was supposed to be a floor model arrived with food in it! The unit looked clean otherwise so I dismissed it. I wish I had sent it back right then and there.The oven stopped working 13 months later, one month outside of the manufacturer's warranty. When I called Appliance Factory to set up service with them, ( I had purchased an extended warranty) they took my information then no one EVER CALLED to set up service! I stopped in the store over five times and each time they said a service person would call me that day. But no one EVER CALLED! Then the staff became rude and hostile when I came in again ! After four months with no oven I asked if I could pay for my own appliance repair and they would reimburse me. In an email they said yes to this. So I had to pay over $1100 out of my own pocket on service costs. Big mistake. This was March. It is now late late October and NO REIMBURSEMENT and no one from the company will respond to me. Also, when the unit was being taken out of the wall for service by the person I arranged, it had TWO dents on the back! The outside repair person thought it looked like it had been dropped SEVERAL times! If you do business with these people, look at the entire unit, not just the front of it! Do NOT buy their warranty - they wont honor it! Buy one through the manufacturer instead. I called the BBB and AG Office - neither could do anything since the business refused to respond! Don't bother calling the "President's Line", they are equally worthless. Save yourself the headache and just shop elsewhere. This is a shady, slimy business. You might save money initially but if you have an issue, you will spend much more in the end.

Mason was phenomenal. I was purchasing a new mattress and had done minor research prior to arriving. Mason took the time to learn about my preferences and work within the designated budget. He provided strong recommendations and is extremely knowledgable of the products, benefits, and cost savings available to the customer. I left feeling confident in my purchase and look forward to returning to purchase future appliances.

So, we were hesitant to shop here because of the Yelp reviews, but their Google reviews were good and so were their prices on appliances. We were shopping for a refrigerator and found one we liked on display-we could choose from a new in box appliance from their warehouse in Cincinnati or one with a slight cosmetic defect from the floor in Columbus. The defect was small and not very noticeable (on the back of one side, so no one would see it) We were told the refrigerator would be wrapped for transit so no further damage would occur (spoiler: it wasn't). We also paid for waterline hookup and told it would be no problem as long as there was no rust or corrosion. We were also told they would level the appliance once it was in place Delivery was within the window we were given. I mentioned there were new markings on the fridge and they said we don't deal with that, just damage to your house, so I signed a paper that stated they did not damage my house during delivery and they left. No water line install-they don't touch plastic lines? No balance/leveling-they didn't even put the fridge in place because we had a waterline to install...So I called the store and provided email pictures of the new damage (we all agreed the damage was new) and they offered money back for the fact that they didn't install the water line. Cool-but what about the scratches-can you at least switch out the handles for us? Let me ask my manager and call you later today or first thing tomorrow. Had my husband follow up 2 days later-still no answer from the manager. Long story short, they offered us $100 to "make it right". Cool, but new handles cost $134, so no dice. They eventually covered the cost of the handles and we are ignoring the other few dings on the side. All's well that ends well I guess? Our sales guy, Taven was nice and knowledgeable but he was interested in the sale and not so much concerned with how happy we were after the sale. I'd buy new in box from here, but ugh hate to spend that much and have it be scratched. I talked way too much about this fridge for way too many days. So overall, save money at your own risk.

Don't use these people. Unreliable delivery and installation services beyond the sale. They missed their first two deliveries and when they finally showed up they brought the wrong dryer cord with them!! Even when I reminded them the night before? The delivery guy signed the delivery ticket instead of me. I have no record they delivered anything?? I had to pay extra money to get the proper cord and ductwork and pay a third party to install what they were contracted to do. What a rip off operation. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!SJ

We made a down payment for appliances that were measured for cabinets by AW.Months later, the only appliance that has arrived, does not fit. They offered a refund of 50% of the cost for all of the appliances.

I paid for a site survey to make sure a dishwasher would fit in my mid century kitchen. They came to my house, measured and assured me the Miele dishwasher would fit. I ordered a Miele dishwasher on July 16, 2021. When they delivered it, it did not fit! I then had a contractor move the pipe causing the problem. When we finally turned on the dishwasher, it did not work. An authorized Miele repairman said the circulation pump was broken. They sold me a broken dishwasher! The manager and sales manager have been a nightmare to work with. I want my money back! Take the broken dishwasher. I will never shop here and highly recommend you go anywhere else. I'm out 1300 dollars. It's now been almost 2 months. Run!!
