The salesman, Cameron, was wonderful. He took a lot of time with me, was attentive to my preferences, able to hone in on the pros and cons of different choices and had great knowledge about the products. He also was not pushy, but funny and kind, which made for a positive shopping experience.

Had the best experience! Cameron, our salesman, was outstanding. He listened to our expectations we had in a new mattress and helped us come up with the solution that fit us perfectly. The store was welcoming and provided many options! Everything we ordered was in stock and deliverable in a couple of days! Highly recommend Mattress Firm at Easton.

Wrong frame was sent, bought the bed a few weeks ago for handicapped mother. My mom flooded her room and cheered her up with this purchase, my husband and I discovered the error and called Michael and explained we needed a resolution on Labor Day!!!! We had to go pick up the correct frame assembly it ourselves. Would not recommend you to anyone, my mother is 85.
