Shopped at this Mattress Firm on 9/2 and could not have had a better experience! It was my first time buying a mattress on my own, and I had thought it would be a long and overwhelming process, but it was super easy and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I worked with Nate and he was exceptional! He helped me find the perfect mattress. I had a short list of what I was looking for in a mattress when I came in and he was very considerate of each of my needs. He worked within my budget and was very patient with me as I tested out several different types of mattresses. He clearly explained all the terms of my purchase (such as shipping and warranties) once it came time to pay, and I was able to get delivery from Hilliard to my house in Grove City. This is a clearance center store so they’re able to work within your budget a lot better than a traditional Mattress Firm. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future mattress/bed frame purchases!

Samuel provided us with exceptional customer service at the Hilliard Ohio location. His knowledge on the various mattresses we tested was outstanding. He was very patient with us and was not a high pressure salesman. I highly recommend asking for Samuel if you go into this location.
