As I'm in the process of shopping for my next "semi permanent" spa place, I went to this location recently. I loved my 60-minute massage with Deborah, she was amazing!! Very professional and attentive. The only thing I didn't appreciate at massage envy is not having a cozy waiting area private to the ladies, where you can get into a comfortable spa robe while you wait your turn. Currently, you wait in an open area, and you get called into your spa room where you strip and climb onto the massage bed right away. Part of the spa experience, in my opinion, is having a relaxed winding down experience as soon as you enter the place and wait for your turn on comfy seats in a comfy robe in a dark room and spa music on. Other than that, their team is delightful overall.

I have had multiple great experiences at this location. The staff are all super nice to work with. The facility is super clean and the environment is very relaxing.

This massage envy sucks!!!! I booked a session online and drove over and they said the therapist is no longer available…what a joke then why can’t you call me ahead instead of me driving over there….and is the online system just useless for booking? I have been to different massage envy locations in Dublin, Hilliard and Powell and this one is just particularly bad. The front desk person gave me an attitude too for not having a therapist for my appointment. Way to go to provide service to your customer. I will never come back to this location.

loved my massage from Quan! I'm visiting from out of town and had a back spasm and needed in same day. Amazing service. Wouod totally be a regular if I lived here!

I signed up at this location for a monthly membership and the receptionist Princess was amazing inside and out. If she was there every day maybe it would've changed how today ended. The therapist Dorethia? I think her name was - for hot stone massage was awful. And a part of me feels bad because she's an older lady. But then I remembered how much I paid for the massage and it aggravated me all over again. First - I walk into the appointment and she said I needed to pay attention when I schedule massages because I didn't give her any time to clean her rooms (I then explained that through the app it doesn't show us their schedules - we choose the day we want and the type of the massage and it gives us a list of techs available in the city) - she didn't care to hear this. Secondly she started the massage - with all the lights on full blast. And I got hot stones but never knew they were going to be that hot. She said it was wayyyyy too hot then took ten minutes out of my massage to go back and forth to get cold water (leaving my door open each time). I thought the hot stones were an add on- to the massage. Little did I know you don't get a massage at all........ no hands on time. Whatsoever. She just took the stones and rubbed them on my skin and that's it. Lastly she didn't greet me after the massage with water or anything then when I went to check out- the receptionist could care less about how my massage went and proceeded to ask how much of a tip I was leaving. So. Long Story Short. I drive past Gahanna location and now I'll drive past bethel to go to Dublin. Today made me want to cancel my membership. And of course no manager at the bethel location. No one that said "sorry you had a rough time let me talk to you or explain things or give you a discount" nothing.
