Picked out 2 pairs of pants and two tops to try on - fitting room has one large dressing room which was in use so I looked in all the smaller rooms and none had a bench or seat for taking off shoes etc . Returned all my potential purchases to attendant and told her I would never shop in that store again. Really awful the lack of consideration for customer comfort.

The best Marshalls I’ve ever been to. The selection of goods were amazing and not picked over. I definitely will make the 25 min drive just to shop here.

Bradley at this Marshall’s location is so fricken efficient and fast! Also doesn’t overly try to make you sign up for the card. Think he mentioned it 2-3 times and then for the message that I was in a rush!

Marshalls is one of the best stores in toledo ohio, period. Whether we're talkin the mall or any store. Took my older sister who is a young professional for the first time, and now its one of her favorite stores no matter the class. Clothes, homegoods, coffee, bedding materials, its all top notch, check it out if im wrong ill buy ya a coffee

The active and fit items were not stocked properly as the entire shelf fell on my boyfriend as I went to go lift a weight from the bottom of the shelf and that weight I guess was holding everything down because the minute I lifted it, the whole shelf fell on him fracturing his wrist and foot as a weight rolled off the shelf crushing his foot. Not safe at all and no one offered to help as the employees just started restocking the shelf with the items that fell.
