I am absolutely a palled by the way I was treated today. I have been in the hospital all night because my father-in-law had a heart attack. I was here today shopping for clothes for a wedding tomorrow. As I was back in the men’s section I heard the woman over the intercom call for security to the main section. I parked my stroller and walked into the bathroom by the elevators and she quickly got back on and asked security to go to the elevator. When I came out of the bathroom she asked me if I was ready to check out and I told her not read. So as I went up to pay for my clothes and she seen that I wasn’t stealing anything and I paid cash over $100 for one outfit she wanted to treat me nicely.

The staff was polite and helpful when I was shopping at this Macy's Saturday. The store was clean and had a wide range of goods . I will definitely be back to shop more in the future.

Customer service good. Stock very low not much selection at all. Much cleaner than 6 months ago. Noticeable improvement in this regard.

I could find what I was looking for.But, I think it was because there's so many Events going on that trying to get anything Black, Gold and White has been sold out. @least it is here in Dayton @ the moment.

Went with my granddaughter to pickup a online order. We arrived around 10:15am so it only took about 3 minutes total to get items and leave. Great service everytime we shop online for pickup.

Pretty much nothing for men worth coming here for. Lots of bare walls and sparsely stocked racks. Dirty carpet and decaying decor. Not a single dress shirt in my size. Over priced casual wear that can bought literally anywhere cheaper. Large department stores are dinosaurs.

Very poor customer service at this location. Wanted to purchase am item from upstairs in store. Went to closest register and only person I saw working told me she was too busy to check me out because she was helping someone else. I went around the store for 10 min with my son trying to find an open register and anyone who could check us out. Finally ended up in jewelry dept downstairs where 3 -4 employees were just standing around talking. Girl who finally helped us acted very inconvenienced. Why are they even open if they aren't interested in taking customers payment for merchandise??? Have never seen anything like it and I will never be back. Told girl who checked me out a customer should not have to walk the store for 10 min just to try to find someone to take their payment. Got the impression she just really did not care. No wonder Macy's is not doing well financially. I can guarantee if they give all their customers the lack of customer service they gave to me today they will be out of business sooner than they think. In hindsight wish I would have just put the items down instead of searching 10 min for a cashier and just left.

Excellent customer service, variety of products, good location which is nearby me, the option to make payments on more expensive items, convenience of the phone app. I got some sandals here that I couldn’t find anywhere else but they do have a more expensive price tag. Got them brand new but there was a stain on the side but upon going to return them and reorder them as said on how to do returns on the app, the customer service lady was kind and thoughtful despite that line forming behind me took the time to return and order me a new pair by gift card. Wonderful customer service which I appreciate.

Found my mom's dress for a wedding she is attending, shoes for the dress, and 2 additional dresses! Such a convenient and very quick process. Also, the lovely sales associate scanned her a coupon to save her additional money.

While I completely understand that the recent COVID-19 epidemic drastically changed the way most businesses operated, I would have appreciated a courtesy email or phone call letting me know that the mattress I purchased would not be available for pick up until at least April 1, which is after I am moving.

They way over price in an attempt to show a "discounted" price which is still over priced. They do have a great selection of rugs, but the prices are hit or miss.

MAYA IS THE WORST!!!!! She completely lacks any customer service skills what so ever! i cant believe a company like macys would choose to employ an individual like this! From a family that has spent near 100000.00 with this company over the years, you would think the would want some more repeat business. The chateau d,ax product that was purchased didnt last 2 years of normal wear(my last one lasted 20. terrible terrible terrible
