You call the office and the representative is outsourced to the Philippines or something. Communication with Jay has been horrible. He doesn’t answer calls or return messages. MWork has not released my car to Geico which was totaled due to their outrageous pricing. Geico is now threatening me with fees for this company’s negligence. In my opinion this company bordering on criminal. Take your Tesla to the Tesla collision center, or some other certified collision center for Tesla. Run don’t walk to get away from this company. Tesla you should pull their certification!!!

NOTE: I LIVE IN COLUMBUS. MOST OF THESE OTHER REVIEWS SEEM TO BE FROM OUT OF THE AREA W QUESTIONABLE PROFILES. LOOK FOR YOURSELF.
I brought my Tesla Model 3 to M Work Collision on Kenny in early March. It needed some body work, & the car made a horrible creaking sound related to that issue. This was NOT an insurance job. Charles did my estimate & communicated with me. He looked at the body, & said they'd put the car up to see what made the creaking sound (although he suspected it was a door out of alignment). I brought the car in. Communication was good - Charles called often with updates, including one where they had purchased & installed extra parts BEFORE getting my permission. As I thought it was necessary I agreed after the fact. Should have been a red flag.
The shop bent a few parts putting the car back together, and there was a couple of week delay to get the car back. Accidents happen so I was patient. Went to pick up the car, Charles was going through paperwork & was about to charge me - when I asked about the creaking noise. Only THEN did he tell me "there's nothing wrong and we couldn't fix it." But the car still makes HORRIBLE noises when it goes into drive. If I hadn't asked, he would have waited for me to drive off and (immediately) hear the horrid noises. The car is not fixed for the primary reason I brought it in. Also there is NO WAY there is nothing wrong with the car. They did their best to convince me it was a "well known Tesla problem" (to which I replied "why can't you fix it? Or tell me that immediately when I brought it in?"). "Well we only charged you for work we did." Yea, but not what I brought the car in for! And I agreed to a price that would fix the creak.
Charles said "well, I could ask Tesla but that might take a couple of weeks." At that point they had my car for five weeks. He insisted both that there was nothing wrong with the car AND that Tesla used cheap Hyundai suspensions AND that I would have to take it to Tesla. Wish that had been communicated on the front end.
I would NOT take a Tesla here. They were dismissive of communication with Tesla, dismissive of "cheap" Tesla parts, and basically said the cars were "not actually cars but computers on wheels." Yes, and they are supposed to be a certified Tesla shop that can deal with that.
My main beef, though, is that Charles the estimator called me weekly. He called with updates on parts, called when they messed up and needed more time, called to tell me they "accidentally" installed extra stuff I needed to pay for before asking me if it was ok, etc. He NEVER mentioned that the work done wouldn't fix the main problem. NO ONE mentioned bad cheap Tesla Hyundai-made suspensions that they couldn't fix until I picked up and ASKED if the noise was gone. There were ample opportunities to do so, and it was CLEAR that my purpose was to get that fixed.
Their answer? Take it to Tesla. Should've done that in the first place.
The body work looks good, but I would have never paid this much to not fix the entire car. They also claimed it was detailed and was covered in dust.

Everyone is this place always goes above and beyond. They are always busy! Such a great place to get your car worked on. They update you when parts come in, and what has been done on the car. Thank you everyone! We had a deer hit on a 5.0 ford mustang and Charles Lett was who helped us out. He is a wonderful worker. He stayed up to date through everything. Thank you so much Charles for making sure everything was perfect and ready to go!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! My daughter took her car here November 27 and it’s still there. Today is February 21. 3 months with no car!! They keep giving excuses as to why it’s not finished. Told me they would update me every day on the progress but they have never reached out one time. Do not waste your time. Getting an attorney. Today is March 26. They have had her car for 4 months!!! They obviously don’t know what they’re doing. As always, “we’re going to try and get your car back to you next week.” That’s their line.

We were scammed into using this company by them calling saying they were with our insurance when they never had anything to do with our company . That was the start of it then was told our car would be done by a certain date which we had to reach out on that date to see if the car was done and was told it wasn’t but would be done by a second date. Yet again we had to call and check on the car my wife was told they were detailing the car at this point and we would be able to head that way and get the car I left work early to go get it on the way they then told us the car wouldn’t get detailed until later that night and we wouldn’t be able to get the car. After the car was picked up it still smelled like fresh paint and was dirty on the inside and out my wife had to take it and wash it. They didn’t put pinstripe back on the side they replaced everything on the paint had fish eyes all in it and now we are having trouble with door shutting now and it doesn’t seal we’ll all you hear driving is wind coming in .

As of yesterday and speaking to my adjuster I found out that the cause of delay in my repair to my vehicle came from the insurance company wanting a detail list of the cost of each part for my vehicle so it delayed my repairs and my adjuster has done his best in keeping me informed and for that I'm happy and waiting r can't wait till I'm able 2 get my vehicle and drive with the wind!!will keep yall posted with a update once I get my vehicle.

They would drive the customer's car out while the customer was having it repaired and refuse to give a clear quote before service to play the bait and switch trick. In addition, I also heard that they are suspected of encouraging insurance fraud. Awful store, please avoid it.

Even tho my initial experience wasn’t upto my expectations. But there were many reasons with part being delayed and miscommunication with insurance and the guy at shop I was working with. But Alex from shop did hit me up to improve on that. He was able to get in with insurance and get me money that I over payed. So I gotta give props where it due. I would definitely give it one more chance if needed in future.

My 2024 Land Rover Defender was rear ended. I was worried about getting the parts to fix the damage as it was less than 40 days old. The crew at M Work assessed the situation, were able to get 2024 matching parts and had the job completed within 7 days. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company should you have the unfortunate need to fix your vehicle.

Out of the 3 customers that I have who went to this shop in the last 18 months, all of them had issues with the shotty work to their vehicle & were lied to about when the vehicle would be ready. One of them even had to contact the police to get their vehicle released from the shop because the vehicle was taken apart before they picked it up to try to prevent it from being moved. The work was so bad no other shop would work on it and it ended up being totaled. The communication by the owner & staff is less than poor. The work is not remotely professional. The owner never takes responsibility. The staff doesn't know what is going on. Any positive review must be paid for by fake people. Stay far far away!

It took awhile dropped car off dec 6 got it today, but the insurance company was difficult and m works had issues getting parts in a timely fashion. Overall I'm very happy with the precision of the work itself...they even put on my rear windshield wiper (I left the part in my car) and that wasn't caused by the accident. Make sure to ask for a loaner right away if you don't have another car. Jibril was very patient ...I think the techs did a great job.
