I had the best time living here. The management and maintenance team are spectacular in so many ways. It was a great place to call home, I felt safe and well cared for. And this says a lot for a girl living on her own! Whenever I had a concern, it was resolved immediately! The attention to detail here is incredible as well, not to mention the luxurious feel to every room at Luxe. I loved living in luxury here. I loved hosting, and having my friends over. Especially in the clubhouse. My apartment was spacious, and had everything I needed. The amenities here are fabulous, from the movie theater, to the gym, and not to mention the shared amenities at neighboring complexes. It felt like living in a hotel! I felt like I was on vacation for a year. If I was still living in Ohio, I would’ve stayed here longer!! Going to miss Luxe. Highly recommend. ?

I have lived here now for 6 months. The staff has been fabulous since moving in. Nice sense of community here. They do monthly events and get together a that are fun. Highly recommend living here.

This apartment is going downhill. It was okish. Now, it is very bad. The rooms are great, and perfectly optimized. The staffs are also good.However, recently, the maintenance is very bad. You put a request, the maintenance guy will come at least 2 days later. They now 60$ amenity fee for each occupant for accessing the amenities. However, most often there is nothing (even water bottles are not there). Earlier, we used to get at least water bottles, and decent snacks. Further, they just increased the amenity fee after we signed the lease.The apartment complex is now very dirty. Most times, you see trash bags are lying here and there without being in the proper place. I complained repeatedly, however, we do not see any improvement.They charge 125$ per month for the covered parking/garrage. However, there is no CCTV. Someone scratched my car, and when I complained, they plainly said that they have nothing to do with it.Overall, I would suggest to rent somewhere else. Even though the rooms are nice and great, this place is very expensive and you will get annoyed with the lack of commitment from the management.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. The units are the best I've seen, the staff is great, and I also love the community events they have every month.Unfortunately it's the inconsiderate tenants who make it unbearable to live here. Not all of them, most of the people here are great. But the few who aren't ruin it for everyone else.One of the worst is the woman with the 3 screaming children who live along the courtyard. I saw this mentioned in another review before I moved here and the situation hasn't changed. They're extremely loud and leave their toys scattered around the courtyard. But the worst thing was having to watch them torment and kill two baby birds that were living in the courtyard recently. Myself and several other tenants tried to ask these kids to leave the birds alone but they would completely ignore you. The mother was outside and saw the whole thing but didn't do anything to stop it. Now a couple days later both of the babies are dead. I've also seen this same woman let her kids completely clear out the snacks that are available in the lounge area. These aren't usually restocked throughout the day so it kind of ruins it for anyone else who might want something. I really wish management could find a way to get rid of this woman.There are also some neighbors who like to blare loud music at night. And even in the day it's frustrating if you work from home and can hear every word of the music they're playing from your apartment. And even earplugs don't help when you can feel the bass in your body. The ceilings are also pretty thin, so you're going to have a rough time if you happen to get a unit below someone who has kids, like I have. You can hear absolutely everything through the floors. I have been so sleep deprived since I moved here that it's really becoming a problem.If management would do something about the rude and inconsiderate tenants this would be the perfect place to live and I would happily change my rating to a 5!

Been here less than a week and can safely say that front desk is amazing. The unit itself is clean and quality. The coffee machine is stocked with chai even on Sunday and they still use Starbucks cups and higher quality tea for the machine! Definitely enjoying the at home feeling

The music from the pool is so loud I can hear it 2 blocks away at my home. I can’t imagine how loud and annoying it must be if you actually live there

We’ve been renting within the Coastal Ridge apartment communities for going on three years, and just signed our second lease at Luxe. The apartments themselves truly feature more high end appliances and furnishings in comparison to most apartments. The quality and aesthetic of these apartments is EVERYTHING! However, it is the staff that keeps the community together and everything running smoothly. Natalie and Jessica are ALWAYS smiling and enthusiastic about answering any questions or lending a helping hand when need be. Amy does a phenomenal job overseeing the community and helping both staff and residents when it’s warranted. Seriously, I don’t think you could find a more pleasant group of ladies! As expected, there have been a few maintenance issues along the way, but Chris and his team have always done a wonderful job at handling issues quickly and efficiently. The thing that has kept us with Coastal Ridge and Luxe is knowing that regardless of what maintenance issue or questions might come up, the exceptional team of people working here will get it taken care of all while treating you like a friend!

Natalie made the entire process of moving in and signing AMAZING! She was the absolute best and I can’t wait to see her around the office in the future! We are so happy to call this place home and I’m not sure we would be living here if it wasn’t for Natalie !

Upon touring and telling the front desk multiple times I was interested in renting a top floor apartment they never even notified me. Communication to prospective tentants is very poor
