A typical Lowe's experience always find what you need in Lowe's unless it's something way over the top

Waited for help on items for too long; employees unknowledgable and derisive statements when asking about certain items.

A bit cluttered in some aisles but otherwise a good Lowe’s shopping experience.

I understand giving your main employees Sundays off, nobody wants to work Sunday, but when the store can't effectively function that's how you know your B-team is literally a group of people who think they're too good to learn anything, which is the ugliest show of ignorance. Terrible experience dealing with your Sunday night employees.

I love Lowes, the store itself and garden center. Sometimes uts hard to find an employee if I need to ask to locate something!

Outstanding experience at this location. So much better than the others I have been to. Every associate was willing to help me with a smile. Several people helped with my purchase included Brenda Shilpa and Josh. Outstanding customer service. Kudos to management ?

Frustrating that their systems look at first date an item was purchased instead of most recent when I'm without a receipt, was second time buying some items, but over bought by a little... Because the first purchase was >90 days, no store credit.

This store can't do a gallon of paint from their own color sample. DON'T waste your time getting paint samples from them. Assistant store manager was worthless regarding this matter. A "we can't do" attitude.

POLARIS STORE IS THE HORRIBLE. WORST customer service experience I've ever had. TWICE!
The first time is when we bought our appliances. The third party they used to deliver our refrigerator didn't install the door handles and the doors were EXTREMELY misaligned. They handed me an allen wrench and left.
I called daily for a week and was always told I would get a call back. I didn't.
I went to the store personally, they put in notes and said a manager would call me the next day. They didn't.
I went to the store multiple times and called even more and FINALLY after 3 weeks, they had someone come out to take a look at the fridge, and it was so bad he said we may have to get a new one. Luckily we didn't, but that just speaks to how bad of shape it was in.
NEXT, I bought an electric lawnmower. I took it home, opened it up, and it had everything in it but the battery. So I called them and they said they'd have a manager call me back. I've played this game before... Hard pass.
So went back to the store. They said I couldn't exchange it because I had bought the last one in stock.
They did let me know that other stores had more in stock, but told me that I couldn't exchange it at another store.
So, I tried to return it. Said I COULD NOT return it because it didn't have all the parts. Told me to return it, I would have to call the manufacturer, get the part, THEN I could return it.
THIS WAS AN HOUR AFTER I BOUGHT IT!
I ended up going to the Dublin store anyway, and they exchanged it no problem.

Purchased a grill this week. It was supposed to be assembled and delivered. When it got delivered they forgot to assemble it. No problem, call the store to have them assemble one. We could take it back or they could pick it up. Instead an employee named Jim decides to argue with my wife that it wasn’t marked for assembly and that he’s not “a mind reader”. Seriously? As a customer, all we can do is tell the employee putting into the system what we want. Anyway, call and talk to a supervisor who literally couldn’t possibly have cared any less if he tried. We told him the situation and what the employee said. His response “So you want one that’s assembled?” Only positives. The employees I dealt with in the store to purchase the grill and zero turn mower that day were friendly. The small mistake didn’t lose this customer. It’s the way this company handled it.

Sunday shopping can’t be beat; automated everything combined with “Now Hiring!” signs paint a perfect picture. What help you can find is riddled with “Ummm I dunno lemme go check” through three or more people - PER request for assistance. Want wood cut? Gosh, that saw ain’t worked right in years! Want delivery? See the above “Ummm” comment. Lowe’s has become a perfect example of failing customer service because automation saves money, and we don’t pay enough to hire enough good people to help you.
I hate that it’s the only real option I have for many of the things I need.
