Cecil was the store manager was very rude. Lied and stated they don’t do custom blinds when this was my fourth visit because they were suppose to set an appointment and and young just walked away. The service is bad and so is the manager who says he doesn’t care and I can return my blinds and get out of his store because he doesn’t care about me. I’ll never give my money to Lowe’s I went to Home depo and was treated with respect. On top of this he had two more men with him refused to give me there names while the men starred at me the whole time I guess his staff with his security smh I’m a lady calmly waiting and three people come and I was told that I didn’t need to know who they are. I was disrespected while trying to get help. Never again

Solid lowes location with typical lumber and hardware that you can expect from a lowes. My only knock is the location can be a bit rough, I always make sure my doors are locked. I use the app and verified my veterans benifit and get 10% off. There is a few times the prices in the store vary from prices online or on the app and everytime it has occurred, they honor the lower price. Last week I got a 200$ Metabo nail gun for 107 due to this.

First time at Lowe's since I moved to Ohio a few months ago. I was thoroughly surprised! They have an excellent Garden Department with people that actually help you.

Always slow. So, so slow. 8pm show up for a pick up order and they took 45 minutes to load me. No one else was here. Awful communication and direction about where to go for pick up. I've had issues in previous visits waiting 30 minutes in line of the garden center because the computer wasn't working. Had to return an order and waited 30 minutes for the returns desk. Not short staffed, just staff walking past and genuinely not caring to help customers or other staff members.

Curbside pickup. Use it often. Time waiting for them to bring item(s) to vehicle vary. Sometimes, they come out quickly, but other time's you may have a fairly long wait.

Better have your receipt or be sure to use a card to track your purchases. I purchased several items last week. Couldn’t use one of the switches. I went to exchange it and was advised I couldn’t exchange without a receipt. I wasn’t looking for a credit or refund. Just exchanging a $22 switch for something cheaper. Customer service rep and manager were both rude.
I was advised of a bogus policy that corporate later refuted.
After spending thousands (more like tens of thousands) with Lowes over the years I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
There should be a threshold for this type of ‘policy’. A simple exchange with such a low $$ amount shouldn’t be difficult.
