I came into Lowe’s needing help getting wood cut. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this so I knew nothing about it. Manuel was so great! He was so kind to teach me some basics about picking wood, and helped me get everything I needed! Would definitely come back!

Needed to pick up a simple table top no associates would help me and needed a board cut waited 20 minutes for someone to show up.
Avoid Brice Rd store if you’re in a hurry or need help.

So If you buy a new fridge and 3 days later it’s not working they won’t help you but if you return a shrub after 364 days you’ll get the money back? Please make this make sense. The staff were horrible to deal with I’ll never shop at any Lowes store ever again.

I work for a very large corporation in Columbus and my employer just purchased a new refrigerator from Lowe’s for our work center. We had the refrigerator delivered to our office and had it set up and installed. This was only 7 days ago and the refrigerator never got cold. We called Lowe’s and told them it was defective and we want them to replace it. They said they would not because it had been more than 48 hours. We explained that it never worked but they still said it was now our problem. I don’t understand how a major appliance only has 48 hours to be returned but, you have 365 days to return a shrub or tree. It just does not make since that they will not stand behind the product they sell. I will not be shopping at Lowe’s ever again and I will make sure to tell ALL my friends about this and encourage them to shop at Home Depot instead.
