Placed order in store. Followed up on the order, it was canceled for no reason. Tried again, this time was told couldn't fulfill the order, didn't have item in store. I told the associate it was available on-line. I was told that it was a glitch and the item wasn't available. I would have to come into store an select something else. No expression of being sorry for my inconvenience. Tried calling to talk to a manager, no one every pick up the phone at the store or a corporate. Hope they're aware that they're not the only game in town! An Unhappy Customer, for what it's worth.

This review isn't for this Lowe's specifically, but for their delivery process. I ordered a washer and dryer on June 1st, with delivery on June 3rd. On the 3rd, my washer arrived, but my dryer had "been left on the dock at the distribution center". I was specifically told that the delivery team would return shortly with the dryer.
When that did not happen, the distribution center reached out and said they needed "more information". They then promised a resolution within 24 hours. I would have thought that resolution would mean the dryer was delivered. Instead, apparently, "resolution" to them simply means "we'll be in touch".
It is now 24 hours after when it was supposed to be delivered. I've been told they will "try" to get it on the delivery schedule tomorrow. I had picked this dryer originally because it was in stock, and I urgently needed a dryer. Needless to say, I'm far from impressed.

Regarding this visit only, I was shopping to replace outdated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. An employee actually approached me to see if I needed help. My recent experiences have been searching for help, and if I found it, getting incorrect answers on where to find something. I hope this was a sign of change in customer service and not just a fluke.

The worst customer service ever. I’m an experienced Instacart shopper. It took forever to get assistance. One of the employees spoke to me in a condescending tone. The person that was helping me told me they were going to get the heavy item and disappeared. Needless to say the customer I was shopping for canceled the order. They were tipping generously and I lost that tip. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
