Horrible service today. I went through self checkout to pay for my items. The employee working (older white woman- blonde hair) started watching me. I let her know she didn’t have to make it so obvious that she was watching me and I would make sure to scan all my items. She then got closer to me and said, “Well, I’m standing here in case you need help.” I let her know that if I had questions I would ask. I then informed a manager and all he said was, “Okay!” The store managers need to train their employees on proper customer service. This was ridiculous!

Frustrated experience ordering a dishwasher from Lowes Easton. We spent over $700, and when it finally arrived at the store, it turned out to be badly damaged. What’s even more disappointing is that this damage wasn’t even caught by Lowe’s—it was the delivery company that noticed it on the morning of delivery. It seems like no one at the store checked the product over several days! We called the store right away, and the associate who was handling our order said they’d follow up with an email. That never happened. So now, we’re just left wondering what’s going on—no updates, no idea when (or if) we’re getting our dishwasher, and no communication after the fact. This level of service is unacceptable.

I was there today to buy blinds. An associate named Burt told me “I cannot cut more than 3 blinds per customer.” which seems a bit silly of a rule as I only needed 6 but fine. So my husband said “perfect because she is buying 3 and I’ll buy 3.” Burt then said “I cannot spend hours on the floor cutting blinds and you’ll have to order the online. He missed our point. His customer service skills are awful and he was not helpful. In any event, I tried to order then online like he said to. Well, it said “cannot purchase online”. Now what? So I found another associate named Nicholas. He was extremely pleasant and tried to help us. He isn’t able to cut blinds but found someone else who could and later saw us and apologized for the other employee and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Hopefully Nick’s manager recognizes what he has in him for an employee because I almost walked out and went to Home Depot or elsewhere.

Like every other hardware store, if you’re looking for something to fulfill a specific need, you’re better off doing your own research so that you know what to find & where to find it. Without sounding completely derogatory, the employees who work the floor are useless. They’re no where to be found, they’ll try to avoid customers, and they’re not very knowledgeable. No disrespect, but they’re incompetent.

Spoke to a store manager about an online price to see if they could accompany it in store and he told me that I’m coming at him sideways and no one causing demands the price they want for something and he was rude and wasn’t even trying to listen to me and kept telling me that I had no business requesting the price that I wanted the flowers for and I was trying to explain to him that I’m just referring to their online bulk price if that’s something they honor in store and he was rude Like so rude. I thanked him and told him to have a good day and he’s like oh I’m having a great day not great service at all.

Well unfortunately only about a third of the employees are helpful but of those 33% the ones that are are very incredible folks very helpful and or knowledgeable about their area of the store now if we can just get the other 67% just a fraction more helpful it will be an excellent hardware store

Using the Lowe's phone service to locate an item in the store before you go can be a big time saver.

Beware, called up here looking for the large reaper said they had it. Then drive an hour to get here and they don’t have it. I was even called back to confirm that I indeed was coming to pick it up that they had broken down the display. Refused to do anything about it other then apologize love wasting two hours of my day.

The last 2 times we have placed an online order, we have to retrieve and load it ourselves. It would be nice to be afforded some assistance after spending several hundred dollars.
