Steve, from the outdoor department, was incredibly helpful! He assisted with answering questions, and he also cheerfully helped load vehicle (lots of heavy items).
This is one of THE best Lowe’s — from great store organization, to helpful customer service, and a great plant clearance section!

Purchase some outdoor lights that I usually get from Lowe's all the time. With the home Depot afterwards and found the same lights for about $10 cheaper.

Lowe’s always has what I need. I have an outlet in a odd place in one of my bathrooms next to the toilet. So I went to Lowe’s to see what I could put in this outlet, I found a really cool night light that is dimmable. Now that it’s installed, I love it, it lights up the floor with a warm glow!

I came here with my sister to buy straw for the yard because we're sweing grass. A worker accused me of stealing his phone. I demanded the manager. However, one was not on duty. Later, the employee, Aiden, found his phone. The cameras showed I was never near the phone. We even let him use my phone to call his with hopes of hearing it ring. Which is how I have his number. It's just appalling. I am no theif. We spoke with the manager on Monday, and he was rude.
I probably won't ever visit a Lowe's again!

2 stars because they did have what I needed. Store was a wreck, hard to get a cart through the store with aisles blocked. 8 self checkout with 5 closed. Not a single register with a person. I had a 12' piece of trim with no bar code. Had to go clear to the back of the store and get it myself, because the lady at the self checkout said she can't look it up....to many in the system. Do better Lowe's! Also you are paying 2 security guards to walk arround this store together talking...why not just pay one and hire a cashier? Do better Lowe's!

I do alot of painting, so I prefer to go to the Loews on South High. I always work with Julie in the paint department. Over the years, she understands what Im looking for and is always willing to work with me until I figure out just the right color. Alot of the other good workers have since quit or retired. If she decides to leave, I will no longer have a reason to go to the South High Loews because it would be really hard to find someone who will work with me because at times I can be a bit difficult.

My husband and I were helped by the associate Nick when we were looking for vacuums and air purifiers to purchase for our new home - and wow, Nick deserves a raise, to be employee of the month, anything Lowes can offer to recognize such a helpful and wonderful employee! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, very kind and patient while we spent so much time looking for exactly what we wanted. We decided to use the progressive leasing option Lowes offered for such a large purchase and we ran into some technical difficulties during the process (not on the part of Lowe’s or Nick) but he remained incredibly patient, professional and just overall outstanding despite how much of his time we were taking up. Best costumer service experience I’ve ever had!

I like Lowes but not happy with the check yourself out thing. One person trying to watch 4 people check out is insane. Upgraded my review today they actually had staff at self checkout being friendly and assisting.
