Lowe's has good pricing on fencing but If you buy fencing haul it yourself their delivery is not good at all was suppose to get it delivered on Thursday never came they didn't call me so I called them then they tell me Monday so Monday it did come driver comes out with most of my order wrong then takes it back takes him all day to bring the rest of my order out and still didnt bring my screws so tomorrow I got to go pick them up.crazy and delivery os $79 so I definantly would not recccomd delivery.

No help from the staff finding what I needed. I guess their conversations amongst each other are more important than paying customers but the store was clean and organized. Got what I needed. Struggled loading everything by myself and mission accomplished

We've experienced great service at the Lowe's at 3616 E Broad St. in Columbus, Ohio. Just purchased a washer and dryer this morning. Brandyn, a department manager, remembered us from a previous purchase and did all he could to help us get the most for our money this time. Iris, a new staff member, was helpful in getting us answers to our questions and helping us compare different brands. We highly recommend this store for large appliance purchases.

You'll find this location consistent with what you'd expect, offering a wide range of home improvement products and services just like other stores in the chain. One standout aspect here is the friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to lend a hand, whether you need advice on a project or help locating an item.
However, a word of caution about the checkout experience. It can be a bit of a bottleneck, especially during peak hours. If you're on a tight schedule, try to plan your visit during quieter times to make your trip smoother and faster. Overall, this Lowe's gets the job done, but timing your visit can make all the difference!

Had a pick up order get to the location and it’s in a locker with paper tape on it. Unacceptable that I paid full price! They had plenty on shelf. I waited 20 mins before someone came to assist me. All the employees move slow like turtles like they are lost. Do better with customer service.
