I very rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, especially when it comes to the incompetence or ineptitude of employees at any given business. However, after repeated negative experiences with the staff at this particular Lowe’s on Silver Drive, I feel it’s necessary to provide some honest feedback.
First and foremost, any and all communication with the employees at this location tends to be unnecessarily combative and unhelpful. As someone who spends a substantial amount of money here weekly for various projects, it’s incredibly frustrating to constantly deal with staff who seem more interested in being difficult than providing any kind of real assistance. On top of that, the inconsistency in how store policies are communicated and enforced only adds to the frustration.
To be clear, I will continue to shop at Lowe’s — it’s a great company overall. But corporate really needs to take a hard look at this specific location. I strongly recommend phone audits and secret shoppers to get an accurate picture of what customers are dealing with. There’s a serious gap in professionalism and service here, and it needs to be addressed.

Great service with Fran today. We are out shopping for living room blind's. Fran cut them to size. She was extremely helpful and professional both!!

this is a good location to visit. the entrance could be worked on a little bit but that's not their fault (thanks columbus). they always keep it clean at this store and always have things stocked up and ready for the average DIY'er. there is one lady whom. i'm not particularly a fan. she is very rude and a bit over barring with her job, as if she is getting graded by someone daily. but other than her- the staff is great and always helpful.

Great pick up experience. Only downside was the ordering as I wanted this available when I picked up something in the same order before but it wasn't there yet. Two trips. 😔

Always have what I need. I was looking for aloe vera plants and it was winter so I didn't think I would find them but boom there they were. Their lawn and garden stuff is still accessible so very appreciative of that.

Helpful staff. Large Lowes store with pretty much everything you might need to spruce up a room or rebuild a house. Easy access off the Hudson exit on 71.

I like the store. Had a hot water delivered a few weeks ago. Banged up somewhere from factory to delivery. The delivery was contracted and turned into a disagreement because they didn't agree w what Lowes told me. No follow up by Lowes. I kept the heater because mine was fried and didn't want to spend a week getting the old one back and a replacement w same delivery hassle.

Scamming scum stole 13,000 $$ from me Dublin Lowe’s will not complete my cabinets after being paid. Same installers as this Lowe’s avoid hire anyone else for any project you may have. Call the manager and ask why they think it’s appropriate to scam in this economy.

Came today to spend a good deal of money on some lumber and tools for a project im starting. Was in the isle for over 30 mins and no one offered to help. Come to when I approach what seemed to be 2 managers laughing with each other doing absolutely nothing they proceed to tell me the saw for cutting is down for wood processing. Then just continued their personal conversation with me standing there until i asked is there anyone who could help me with wood sizing in the meantime. One of them then said "anyway lemme get you someone in lumber" And then proceed to get a person who works in lumber to "help me" then went to continue his personal convo with his coworker. The lumber person then informs me no the machine isn't down they just probably didn't wanna do it. He then takes me to a wood pile i didn't ask for after I kept asking him for help and said let him know if I need wood that he will be somewhere around and that i would need to "pick through it cause it's all pretty bad in shape" no help offered, no assistance, advice or anything. Mind you the wood is fully 8 feet in the air on ledges I couldn't even get to and then he dissappears. I almost got hurt trying to reach for them. A mess. I just ended up leaving. I've shopped with lowes for years but never had an experience like this at one. Wont be giving my money or business to this location again and will be filing a complaint to their corporate.
